(In Game Name): 69th Vice Commander Bub Why do you want to become the position of Marshal Commander?: I want to become a Marshal Commander because i want to support every Regiment to become the best they can be. I love to help anyone out with any problem they face to make sure that the problem gets resolved well. With my experience as a vice commander for medical i would love to step up the challenge and use my leading skills to support those who need it. As a marshal Commander i will always do my best to create the best environment for all type of players on the server and make sure that no matter who you are, you can have a great roleplay experience. What is the biggest thing you would bring to Army High Command?: The biggest thing i will bring is to be a reliable person who will work hard to reach any goal. I put alot of hours in the server to create a fun safe environment for everybody so you can roleplay as you like. As high command i can make sure that the safe and fun feeling for everyone on the server. As a person who loves having contact with other regiments i have build a bond with alot of players and also have their trust. Because of that i bond i would be able to work well with other people and make sure they can do their duties and feel comfortable to ask for whatever they need at any time. I also have alot of free time in my personal life that i will be able to put in my work as a marshal commander. I also love to keep learning new things and try to come up with new things for battalions to keep everything fresh and up to date. What is the purpose of a Marshal Commander?: The main purpose of a Marshal Commander is to make sure that every battalion is running as smooth as possible and is able to create the best experiences for every player on the server. A Marshal Commander must make sure that commanders do their job proffesionally and stay active. You should stay in touch with command members and make sure they keep the battalions up to date. And when a battalion as any kind of problem you should be able to jump into action and support them in any way possible. That can be to plan multiple meeting to discus what should be done different/better or take action by changing up things you wouldn't normally think of. You should also be able to help out any other players on the server and always look for people that have great potential for command positions in battalions. A marshal commander plays a huge roll on the server and can make big differences on the server, that can be in fun ways but also in ways that people wouldnt be happy with sometimes. You need to be able to accept some negativity and be able to turn that negativity in positivity. You should able to guide/change people/situations from negative to positive and make sure that your decision is the correct one. And if thats not the case, a marshal commander should be able to fix his mistakes. Why should we trust you to be Army High Command?: I should be trusted as army high command because i have always shown my best intent. I love the server and the community and i want to be the person where will go to without any hasitation for help or a nice chat. Over the many months on the server i never got in any trouble with others and ive build bonds with many different people. I want to show everyone that i am able to lead the army as a great Marshal Commander and make sure to fulfill my duties with pride. As a medical vice commander i have shown that i am trustworthy of leading soldiers and gained alot of experience doing so. I also never had any trouble with admins. I want to be a vice commander for the medical corps because i am always willing to help players in any way they need. I love to teach people ways to handle situations so that they know how to be an amazing medical troop. I like to be the vice commander that people feel safe to come to when they have any sort of problem, so i can support them to the fullest in any way that is needed. Since i have months of experience in the medical corps i am able to help those people in every way that is needed. And i will also be there for them if its a problem in their private life. And when people arent behaving well, i will make sure that they understand that they can not do those kind of things and help them to improve so they can be the best they can be. I am very active active on the server and my goal is always to make sure that everybody has a great time on the server, no matter what battalion they are in. As a vice commander i need to be the face for the regiment. I would lead my troops profesionally and make sure they do their best at any time. A vice commander should always stay in contact with the other commanders in the battalion so we stay up to date with what is happing and can discus about anything to keep improving the regiment. As an vice commander i would also stay in touch with other battalions so we can work together and create unique situations/trainings/missions where everybody can have fun together. The most important thing as a vice commander in my opinion is making sure that everybody feels safe and is able to say what they want, and make sure that troopers feel like they are listened to. The commanders are the people that overlook the battalion and keep an eye on the amazing troops and the ones that can use a little bit of extra help here and there and make sure that they get the help they need. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I have been in the medical corps since day 1 i have joined. And from that day i have always done my best to be the best medical i could be. I have alot of experience with almost every situation that can occur on the ISD or the medbay and i know how to handle them in the best way possible. I am able to lead big or small groups of troopers and i always push myself to become better and better. I am one of the most active players on the server and i really enjoy to always be able to help people and just have alot of fun with them. I am very active and love to help the other medics with problems they need help with. Ive been in the medical corps since i joined the server and i am sure that i can be a great help. 5: Whats your activity like on a scale from 1 to 10: (1 being terrible activity and 10 being on daily for a while): 10, when i have free time i will always be online. I am at least 3 to 8 hours a day online if not longer. 6: Why should you be a medical officer?: In my free time i am always on the server. Since i live in a different timezone there arent always alot of officers online. If i am able to promote other medics in this timezone it would be more fun and challenging for them to stay on the server and battalion. I also know the rules from the medical corps well, i can help other people with their questions when needed. And i also know when people go over the boundries so i can tell them to stop before anyone gets in serious trouble. I have gained alot experience in the medbay and i can learn other medics the way of the medical corps. 7: How well do you command other troopers?: I think i do a pretty good job at that. I know what i should and shouldnt do. I have done a couple of ground commands and that went well. I have respect for all the troopers and i wont let them do tasks they arent ready for. But when they are ready i will let them try new things. 8: Why should we accept your application over other applications?: Because i am always ready to learn and improve. I am dedicated to the medical corps and i am very active on the server. The most importand rule for myself is that i make sure that other troops and medics have fun and feel safe when they are around me and in the medbay. I will command the medics in a fair way so they have some freedom in their way of playing/RPing. I know i will do a great job as an officer.
