First, I would love a good RP branch and RRH is a good RP branch. Second, I would like to have a different job that I can do multiple things on like combat and also RP things like utilizing SCPs. All these things I can do on RRH Engineer. Finally, RRH sounds like fun and I would like to try out some things I can do on the job. Why should we accept you: First, I am an active player. I am on almost everyday and I don't get bored of it. Second, I am experienced in combat and I have very good tactics in combat. Third, I am a trusted player as I am a SET (Senior Event Team) and a Moderator. Fourth, I am not toxic and I will try and help other players the best I can while on the job. I will also not be toxic to other players on the server no matter what. Fifth and finally, I will be responsible on the job and if I do something wrong I will take full responsibility on my mistake. That is all.

I never really saw you that much on my time in the server but I do remember us doing events together. You were a petty nice guy and I had a fun time doing events with you. Sad to see you go.

Why should you retain your rank (Command ONLY | 150+ words): I should retain my rank for a few things. First, I am active. I'm on almost every day and for a long time. Second, I am very helpful. I help with any enlisted or anyone that needs help with something. Third, I am very responsible and I am careful with what I do. I don't minge and I make sure I've done everything correctly when I do something (like promoting and logging things). Fourth, I am a very kind and helpful player and I am not toxic towards anyone. Fifth, I am a great leader to all enlisted and NCO’. I try to help them the best I can and I show them how to properly act (like not minging). Also, I try to make GenSec the best branch there is and that's why I'm such a great leader. Finally, I have proven all these reasons in all the weeks I've played and feel I SHOULD retain my rank. What date did you start playing on the community? (roughly) Roughly a year ago but I stopped playing for a few months, I started playing more again about 3-4 months ago. What date did you make your forums account? August 24, 2021 How many warnings do you have on all GL servers? 3 What is your donor rank? (User, Silver, Gold, etc) Platinum Are you a staff member in another community? N/A Have you read the staff handbook? Yes. Timezone: EST What rank are you applying for? TMOD Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) I think I should be a part of the staff team for a few reasons. First, I am a trusted user. I was accepted to ET roughly a half a month ago which proves I am trusted in the community. Second, I am active. I will try my best to help the server the best I can on the staff team while playing. Since I am very active, I can easily make this happen. Third, I am familiar with staff commands since I learned most of them from ET. I know how to do most the commands that I will need while staffing and I know NEVER to use “ * “. Fourth, I don't minge on the server and I will be a good representation of how a staff should act on the server. Fifth, I am responsible with what I do and I am willing to take on the responsibility of a staff member. Finally, I am a great leader and always help my fellow staff members. Even though if I become a TMOD it doesn't mean I can’t always help. For example, another TMOD needs help with staff cmds. I can easily help since I am experienced with them and I am always willing to help :). That is why I think I should be accepted into the TMOD position on the server. Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? First, I would bring the reporter and the reported player to a sit room. I would then tell the reported player to stop cursing kindly and if they don't I would gag/mute them. Once I get enough evidence to show that the reported person did commit Mass-RDM I would give the reported player a verbal warning then ask a higher staff member that can ban for 5 days to ban the reported player for 5 days. Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? I would split them up and evaluate what happened with each player. If they yell at me and don't stop I would gag/mute them. Once I find out what happened I would then take the proper procedures and do what I have to do to resolve the problem (ban, jail, ETC.).

The PT may have been bad for you but for other GenSec that was the complete opposite. I had some GenSec come up to me saying they loved the PT and I should do another of that kind. I know TDM may not be the most original choice for a PT but at least most GenSec had fun. You could also be talking about the trigger discipline part where I had to go for a few minutes and I wasn't there which means you could have mixed up Jrshafer with me. I also had to teach Jrshafer (and even myself) some things since its one of his (and one of my) first PTs which can also make if difficult to host. Also, if they WO for activity and I'm a rank above that how would you not see me a lot? That's just means I'm active enough (which is pretty active) to get that position in security. We could also be in different time zones which is another reason why you may not see me that much. And, they could have chosen me for WO for both Talent and Activity. I only wrote 4 sentences because I gave more reasoning to that in the "Why should we accept you part". That's really all I got to say but no hate, just some explaining.

I should be a CMD member for a few things. First, I know the responsibilities of a CMD as I have experience with being in CMD. I am willing to do the things I have to do to make Maint the best it can be. Second, I am very active and love maint. I will get on maint almost everyday and strive to make maint a better branch then all the others. Third, with me joining maint CMD will give us a better reputation. I am not a minge and take this job seriously. Finally, maint of the best branches for me and being a CMD member would definitely be a benefit because I can help enlisted when they need help, make sure people aren't being too big of a minge, and make sure people are doing what they should be doing and following the rules. This is why I should be a CMD member. [The following questions are intended to test your response and ability as command. You must answer 2 (two) of the questions, though you may answer all 3 if you wish.] 8-1. A Utility Trainee has escaped the training room and is refusing to return, how would you handle this? I would find them, kill them, and put them on a DNT. If things get worse and I cannot kill them I make a sit, ask the admin to place us in the training room, DNT them, and possibly blacklist. 8-2. Some enlisted members have begun RDMing each other in bunks as a way to pass time, what would you do in this situation? I would ask them to stop and if they don't stop I would report them to HCMD/SCMD and possible strike/demote them. If it repeats possible a blacklist. 8-3. A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple SOP rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next steps? I would pull them aside, inform them on the rules and what they are doing wrong, if they keep breaking the rules purposely I would demote/blacklist them off the job and put them on a DNP/DNT.

(With Screenshot Proof): 3 (for the 682 warn I was just very confused with what the timer was and how long it was) Why do you want to join the Red Right Hand team: I want to join RRH because it seems like a very good RP branch. I will also be able to do things a normal personnel cant. I also like protecting higher ups and lots of combat. In RRH I will most likely get to do these things. Why should we accept you: I should be accepted because of some things. First, I am experienced with the server and very familiar with the layout of the facility. I will be able to navigate to a specific area very easily if asked. Second, I am experienced with combat and good spots to station myself during combat in HCZ and LCZ. I am also experienced in protecting a specific person and I know what to do during combat while protecting that specific person and keeping them safe. Third, I am willing to take the responsibility's of a RRH and to be serious on the job. I will not minge because I know RRH is a serious RP job. Finally, I will be active on this job since it is a pretty big step in the server for me. I will be active almost everyday and will follow all orders from higher ups while on and off. I also know the rules of RRH and I WILL follow them. If I do make a mistake I will take full responsibility and will be honest about my mistake. That is all.
