1: What's you're in-game name and rank:(Ex: MC RCCS CSM Bub 2512): 69th PRFS SFC Boomer 5484 2: What's your timezone?: Pacific Standard Time 3: What's your SteamID?: STEAM_0:0:146071761 4: Why should you be a medical officer? (100+ words): I personally believe I should be an officer because my ultimate goal is to help the leadership team within medical. I have a passion for medical and it would be nice to see medical strive on the server. I have had past leadership positions within naval and I believe with this experience that I would bring great leadership to medical. I am also very active on the server and right now medical needs some active officers. I believe I am also qualified for this position because again during my time in Naval before becoming an Admiral I was once CMO. Being CMO greatly showed me what medical is all about and it showed me exactly how to operate the medical battalion. At the moment with medical being my main life I really want to do whatever is possible for me to try to get the battalion to grow. Also since being an NCO I have never missed quota and go above and beyond with hitting my quota early. As well as my time in command I never once missed quota showing I'm very responsible. 5: Why should we trust you as a medical officer? (100+ words): As listed before with past leadership roles I believe I am very trustworthy. During my time as an Admiral in naval with the helps of then Admirals Astro and Matrix we practically brought Naval out of the ashes and rebuilt it again. The activity in Naval at the time was very low but we managed to bring it back to life and make it one of the most popular battalions on the server. Not only this but my time as being an Admiral showed me new things on how to make a battalion strive and grow. To go off of my time as CMO really showed me how Medical works as a battalion as well, so I know of what is expected of the officers in medical. I also believe I am trustworthy because I am a very open person and very approachable. Anyone could come up to me with questions within medical and I would gladly help them out. I also have never been striked on the server and know all the rules as well as making sure others are following said rules. 6: What do you bring to the Medical Corps? (100+ words): What I bring to the Corp is activity as well as making sure things get done. My ultimate goal is to help medical grow so with this plan I would be doing multiple things like tryouts, planning mission with fellow officers and command, sims, as well as other activities to get the numbers in medical to stay as well as to expand it. I would also be bringing training to make sure that every Enlisted and NCO knows what they are doing and how to properly roleplay in the battalion. With this being said I would also push for enlisted to join sub battalions so that this can show that they are capable of moving up within medical because if we can trust them in our sub classes then we can surely trust them to move up within medical. Another thing I bring is activity, within medical at the moment what we really need are active officers and I know I can complete this task by always being on the server everyday and giving the Enlisted something to do. I have first hand experience with playing on the server and not having any officers on so I want to change this for the newer Enlisted that are joining the battalion daily. I also can bring being a role model for the Enlisted and NCO's to show them what how to act as an officer and give them somebody to look up to. 7: Why should we accept your application over other applications? (100+ words): I believe I should be accepted over others for the reason stated above. I honestly think I could bring tremendous leadership to the Officer Corp of the battalion and I believe I am a damn good leader. I also believe I should get it because I am very active and always do tryouts for the battalion to try to help it grow, mainly going well over quota. As well as wanting to step up, so that the enlisted in the battalion have someone that they know they can trust with their training, because at the end of the day the training is what counts the most to make sure that everything is being ran smoothly. With this being said I have no problem once so ever sitting down with someone to help with training, whether its with checkups, surgeries, or experiments. I can bring someone that makes sure all the Enlisted know what to do and to keep them up to date. I also would love to help the Medical Command team with anything possible to help this battalion grow. 8: Do you have any warns? (And what for?): I have No warns what so ever.

1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Boomer 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Naval 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I want to be a Rear Admiral so that I can help out Naval as a whole and the Board of Admiralty in anyway possible. I would love to be able to help the battalion develop and grow even more then it has already. I believe with my past experience as Admiral Firmus Piett that I learned exactly what is needed to be a leader and to lead a battalion. During my time as Piett with the help of Astro and Matrix we brought the battalion from ashes and rebuilt it and made it one of the most popular battalions on the server. I also believe that I would personally be able to be there for the supervisory team and be a great mentor and show them the leadership abilities that are necessary to be able to lead in Naval. As I have said before when I first become an Admiral long ago, I want to be a voice for all enlisted and supervisors and make sure they feel as if they have a choice in decisions that are made in the battalion, which means that I can take their ideas and present them to the Board of Admiralty. With this being said I will also make sure that I am listening to said enlisted and supervisors to come up with new tasks and ideas to make Naval even more fun then it is now. I also want to push for naval to have a good relationship with other battalions and would accomplish this by planning sims or fun activities to bond with each other. I would also like to push this with planning missions that include all battalions on the server. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? I have 5 weeks of game time on the server. https://www.battlemetrics.com/players/895566828 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a Rear Admiral is to basically assist and manage the enlisted and supervisory team. Our jobs is to make sure that their times in Naval is fun and that they always have something to do. We are the teachers of the battalion and make sure that everything is running smoothly. We must be able to answer any of the questions and concerns brought to us by the enlisted and supervisory team as well as holding them accountable for anything that they have failed to do or that they have done wrong. We are expected by the Admirals to be able to handle task and assist them in bettering Naval as a whole. We are also expected to be role models and make sure that all naval procedures and expectations are being followed and that high standards are set and being met. We are also tasked with maintaining relationships with other battalions of the server and making sure no conflicts start from any said battalion. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I believe I should be trusted as a Rear Admiral based off my reputation that I built when I was Piett. I was trusted to be an Admiral before and I believe I still have all the qualities to once again be apart of the command team within naval. I have a love for Naval and I want to be able to get back into the command structure so I can again work on bettering Naval for the whole server and making it even more enjoyable then it is now. As stated before being Piett really gave me the knowledge of how to manage a battalion and to make a battalion more enjoyable for everyone on the server. With this being said it is a great responsibility to be an Admiral and I believe that I have shown before that I am capable of doing this. I am also fully aware of the server rules and the rules of naval and I will make sure that said rules are being followed and aren't being broken at all. I myself have been able to show that any member within naval can trust me with critical decisions and with leadership aspects. I am very approachable and any member would know that they can come up to me and ask any question and any concerns that they possibly had and that they would be taken serious. 7. How often can you be Online? : I can be online almost everyday for about 2 hours on work days and on my days off I can be on even longer. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : I have no warnings what so ever.

Questions 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Boomer 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Naval/Admiral Firmus Piett 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? So to start off the reason I want to be Admiral Piett is so I can overall help Naval and help with SF anyways that I can. I do believe I personally have what it takes to help lead Naval to be its best as well as assist SF in making their battalion strive as well. During my time in Naval so far I have been given tremendous opportunities to show my leadership abilities and learn new ways to be a leader in general. One of the main reasons I want the rank of admiral is to bring back unity within the battalion as a whole. As we know naval is in a bad shape at the moment with everyone leaving either because they feel not included or they are just sick and tired of all the in fighting we have with our battalion, which is not right at all. My goal is to have everyone's voices heard within the battalion and implement those changes for the better of Naval. Naval to me is like a mini family, where we should all have the same goals in trying to make our battalion the best on the server and get everyone to want to join us and be part of this family. Another reason I want this rank is to try to better the activity of Naval. At the moment our activity is not the best and I want to change this as a whole. With this rank I can guarantee that I would bust my butt to find new ways for the battalion to be fun, whether that is coming up with new sectors or sims all together. As well as working on getting everyone's thoughts on how to make it fun because without our enlisted and supervisors we don't have a battalion. As for SF I would bust my butt for them as well with sims/ trainings as well as helping the SF command team in any way I can. As well as helping our CAO keep order within the Aviation Officer ranks. I would make sure our AO's are on task and are continuously doing tryouts and helping the battalion grow, as well as assisting them to do so. Id also like to bring a closer relationship with SF and Naval as a whole, doing this would be the better for both battalions. To do this I would hold either weekly sims/ trainings including both battalions so we can build a better relationship or plan out missions with the help of Naval Command as well as SF command. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? I currently have 3 weeks of playtime on the server or 667:01. https://www.battlemetrics.com/players/895566828 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of being a commander is to make sure the battalion is being kept in check as well as making sure standards and procedures are being followed. As a commander we are also expected to deal with any complaints and reports and deal them with measurable effects. The job of a commander is to basically have the goals of the battalion known by every rank in the battalion, as well as showing new and important information to everyone in the battalion as well. Our job as a commander is to also oversee our low command and lower ranks as well and making sure they are all doing their part in the battalion to get our goals achieved. Also the purpose of a commander is to be able to be competent with the power you receive and to not get power hungry, as well as being a role model for the future of the battalion. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I believe I should be trusted for many reasons. One being my reputation that I have built on being an honest leader and a leader that everyone can count on. Another being the reputation I have built in Naval. Naval has been the very first battalion I joined and is the main battalion I interact with while being on the server. I believe my work in Naval being the Chief Medical Officer as well as being a Rear Admiral has really improved the leader I am today. Using these I have been given great responsibilities and I believe I have done a great job in handling these task. Another reason is due to me having no warnings or bans it shows that I know the rules and will uphold the rules of the server to anyone. 7. How often can you be Online? : I am usually on everyday for about 2 hours. On my off days from work I am on the server longer. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : I do not have any.
