First off, leadership skills, I have had plenty of experience in leadership positions, I have held plenty more positions than I've mentioned, and I understand what it's like to be a good a leader. I acknowledge when to be serious at times, and when to goof around, when to hand out punishments, and when to let it slide. I've seen good command members, and I've seen bad ones. I understand how to behave and how to be a reliable and effective leader. This leads me to my next quality, reliability. What makes me different from other applicants is the absolute sh*tload of experience I have in gaminglight. Like I said, I've seen it all, and I wasn't kidding. I've played on all 3 servers and racked up multiple hours of experience on each of them. I've seen people come and go, I've observed the most successful individuals in command, and I've observed ones who brutally failed. I've seen countless individuals, and I have had good relationships with some good people. I was basically best friends with a member of high command at one point, and a good one may I add. While it upsets me to see a player count of around 20 during when I play from the old 124/124 player count I used to enjoy, I've remained absolutely loyal to GL, cause of the memories I've made. Some critical ST officers have recently been promoted or resigned. ST is running on 3 officers and a single VCMDR. There is immense pressure on those four individuals to run the battalion, and I would like to provide assistance to them. I feel like I have sufficient experience and time on the server to finally progress into the officer core. I understand most aspects of how the battalion works/operates, and I would like to provide a few benefits. I believe I can work with other battalions and GMs to conceive unique missions and simulations to give burned out and bored members a reason to get on the server. Finally, I have enjoyed my experience within ST, something diverse from a majority of other battalions, which is why I actually stayed to progress to my rank of first sergeant. 6. To begin, as I previously stated, I want to improve the general activity of ST. There is a quite substantial amount of STs currently, yet a majority of them are inactive being bored, experiencing a burnout, or have generally lost care for the server. I would like to maintain people's enjoyment of the server by incorporating some old GM ideas I had into missions, work with other battalions to do SIMs, or unique rewards for getting on. This is not my first time as an officer, and I understand mistakes I made in the past, the enjoyable things I did, and potentially enjoyable things. Additionally, I would like to ensure that STs maintain standards. What I mean is I really don't like random minges or severely incompetent people that don't care, but proceed to rank up in ST only to do stupid mistakes, abuse privileges, or be idiots. 8. How do you differ from other applicants?: I differ from other applicants due to my numerous experiences in officer positions and leadership. I have been a decorated rank several times, and I know what to expect, the qualities I need to maintain, and to be a role model for lower ranking STs and NCOs. Like I previously said, I understand what to expect and what is expected from me. I know what people usually enjoy, and how to lead people into a proper direction (Someone I trained once became the VCMDR). I have multiple experiences with CI. I have been in RnD and military before and I have greatly familiarized myself with the general focus and how it works. And I feel like I could be a good addition to CI. I have pretty good activity and I always put actual effort into CI. I overall aspire to join to simply go further and assist CI. What is something that sets you apart from other applicants?: I have a multitude of experience on the server. Especially with CI. I want to become a junior officer within the navy because I simply enjoy the navy, I want to progress within its ranks. I have been in the navy before, and I enjoyed it's experience. So, I want to go further this time and hopefully become a Senior Officer. I also naturally enjoy leadership positions and I feel like they fit me. I understand how to make good decisions and how to be a decorated officer. And I wish to apply my experiences to Naval and I hopefully can climb the ranks and go further. I don't really plan on resigning, I actually want to stay and assist to the best of my ability. And I also always usually assist enlisted that really need help for a task or a general question. What are the duties of a Junior Officer? Junior officers really assist senior officers with multiple tasks. A junior officer's main task is overseeing naval enlisted and answering any questions asked by them. If no senior officers are on, they usually assign sectors and control the bridge. They also must make sure ISD operations are running smoothly. Now, if a senior officer is on, they will usually carry out tasks given to by the senior officer. They will still answer questions and watch over enlisted, however, they have less command kind of. During events, they are usually taking orders from superiors, however, if they are the highest ranking online, they will usually take deck control and give out orders in pits. They also have to make callouts on radio if there are no senior officers available. How will you assist the battalion as a Junior Officer? I think I can assist Naval in a few ways. To begin, like I stated, I have multiple experiences of leading and being an NCO. I was a 501st SFC, a Purge NCO, and currently a DT LTCOL and subbranch lead. I can definitely apply my experiences I have gained from DT and these other battalions and assist Naval. Also, I am an extremely active member, actually I like to be on daily. And on weekends, I get on early in the morning which could be a great assistance to Naval who have different time zones. I also love hosting tryouts. I can definitely provide multiple opportunities to members who like to join Naval. To elaborate, I also try to never slack on quota and consistently host tryouts and maybe SIMs too. And V07 is a very highly responsible position to hold due to its jetpack. Not just the E11S, I also am highly experienced with the other gear of V07. I have been a marksman many times and I have familiarized myself with many snipers and medium-long ranged weapons to defend my VIP. I am also very good with the E11S specifically. I feel like I can easily adapt to each position. V07 is a position I am very comfortable with. I understand how it works and I feel like I could be a really good TI-23 member with the position of V07. Now lets talk about the E11S. It's a very good and easy to use gun. Like I stated, I am very experienced with it due to my seeker job. And marksmanship is a crucial part to seeker. And I am, as I said, very good and experienced with it. I practically use it all the time. I'm on seeker almost all of the time. Also, I can provide sufficient overwatch to VIPs and make sure they stay alive. Also, I understand marksmanship due to my experiences outside of Gmod. [What does unit TI-23 do] TI-23 is a special unit of DT. They are the best of the best. Each member of unit TI-23 has their own specialty and is equipped to match there specialty. They perform special operations and guard the normal VIPs when not on a operation. There are 5 members of unit TI-23. F-16 [Squad Lead] F16 is the commander of unit TI-23. F16 is equipped with weapons used throughout the unit. They are extremely adaptive to any situation. They are equipped with the DP-23 for Close Quarters. They have a bacta kit, similar to M36 and to heal VIPs and fellow DT. A standard issue E-11D, like all members of DT and for close to medium range engagements. And a E11S sniper rifle for long ranged combat. C-37 [CQC Specialist] C37 is an expert at close quarter. They will always leap into battle first and are always first to put themselves at harm. They will remain at the front of the unit, never at the back. They will always pursue the enemy and are first to breach. They have the signature CQC DP-23 shotgun and a breaching/heavy shield to suit their needs. C37 is not afraid to enter a danger zone. M-36 [Medic] M36 is one of the greatest and most skilled combat medics in the entire galactic empire. M36 is to provide support and medical attention to a VIP and other DT members. To do this, M36 is equipped with the standard bacta kit and some other medical equipment. Incase M36 gets into a battle situation, the have the E-11D at their disposal to take out any enemies. L-21 [Demolitions Expert] L21 is difficult job within TI-23 due to the high risk of explosion injuries. However, L21 is a specialist with explosions. They can handle any detonators. They can also plant and defuse bombs with ease. Not only that, they also have a fortification tablet to provide cover for VIPs and other troopers. L21 also has a DLT-19 rifle to assist in their needs and a standard E-11D. The can quickly provide cover and take down anything with explosives. V-07 [Marksman] And finally, V07. V07 is one of the most elite sharpshooters in the entire galactic empire. Specially trained to take out enemies and watch VIPs from afar. V07 also has a heavy shield to provide cover for VIPs, themself, or other DT. V07 can also handle a jet pack to get to high places and take out enemies quietly. Other than this, I am also DT SN04 of seeker company. Why do you want to be an officer?(150+ Word minimum): I want to become an officer of the Death Trooper battalion for many reasons. To begin, I have been a NCO for quite some time now. Going through every NCO ranks and learning each time. I have familiarized myself with most aspects of DT. I am very experienced within DT, even being seeker sergeant SN04. And I feel like I can finally step up to join the officer core. There are many benefits I can offer too. To start off, I am very easily contactable, I always check my DMs and try to answer any questions to the best of my ability. To begin with my activity, I am a very, very active DT member. I am on daily actually. I am also a morning player on weekends which is a pretty useful aspect. Next, like I previously stated. I have two officer experiences. CI RnD IIN and medical doctor on SCP RP. I have learned many things from these two experiences. I know how to act as an officer and I am very disciplined. Not only than, Im also SN04 and I understand how help lead seeker and lead my own squad. Also, I dedicate 75% of time on the server to DT. I almost fully commit myself to my CSM position of DT. I first got an ad about GL SCP RP on December 27th, 2020. I finally checked it out on Late Jan/Early Feb. Then on like June, 2021, I checked out Imperial RP and my first battalion was purge. Now Im in DT and medical.
