+1/-1 IF im reading the logs provided correctly, the only rule I could possibly think off would be the one I have copied below, assuming no EMS no rule violation that I can tell, as there is not more info available I will be keeping a neutral standing If EMS is online, you may not respawn if you were killed during a criminal activity/situation of some type (shootout, raid, etc.) Government officials MAY handcuff you as soon as you are revived and may take you to jail. If EMS is on scene you are not allowed to respawn regardless if your timer reaches zero.

+support Ban has been a bit over one year, only ban on record across all GL servers

-support You had 40 chances to not fuck up, 40 chances you chose to ignore leading to an automated ban for hitting 40 warns. You have several tiers before this being the 10 warn, 20 warn and 30 warn punishments.

This would be true if the ban was a 20+ warn ban. His ban is a 30+ warn ban which he does not meet the requirements for, he is correct in stating that he has only 28 warns and his last ban was November 20th for 30 warns ( +support btw)

-support As someone who has used this as well.... Its not to hard to set your callsign to something mingey and spam your panic, since it uses callsign you can set it to racial and homophobic slurs, spam a panic on and off and it will state it for anyone on the cad.

Funfact; Micspam is against rules if staff or ET don't authorize its usage. Not enforced really so be lucky thats not enforced as heavily and its only the racism you get in trouble for. Exact rule image attached

+/- (Leaning towards +support) Seems like obvious metagame to me. Will be awaiting Knuckles side before I give a definitive answer on my support because maybe there was something called in TS by someone else. Also seems like there was staff on why not just call them?

-support From viewing the clip, unless the D Class is some kind of SCP with really long arms, I believe the warn is valid. If it was at a closer range it could be RPed that he was unhooking the anchor (Using the physgun for this as we don't have hands either), but it was stretched past the red line, over to what looked to be the door into and out of D Block.

-support So let me get this straight: You want to take a sniper, off a sniper job, because its powerful? So basically you wanna be able to take D Class who have no armor, and nothing that would protect them and give them a freebie to escape a sniper with arguably one of the slowest fire rates in the server, hence its high damage, when you can accomplish the same with a group of D Class. Just work more with other D Class, and actually overthrow D Block instead of complaining about a sniper.

I don't know exactly which workshop it is, however I haven't had any texture issues with guns. I heard people complaining about the MP5 but I have always been able to see it just fine, Both MP5's

I see it just fine. Not a serverside issue.

-support 7 months is not that long, and you should have learned after your first ban for racism, which happened to be 3 months before your current permanent ban. EDIT: Donations do not mean anything when it comes to breaking rules.. You could spend 5000$ on the server and still be banned.

+/- support on a warning for base builder -support on a ban for base builder and 100% -support for demotion of a staff member. Same clan does not mean same base. For all we can tell Billy S may not even be in that base, and may have their own base setup somewhere else. From both clips I could not see any other name besides Noah's and the disconnected user. This in turn means Noah did not build the base at all, but should have said something about a rule violation being in place. My neutral support for the warn: In this case the fence was not see through for either side and looks to be more something you can walk along to easily find the keypad. Its not one way either, which leads me to believe its more a "walk-along" type thing and not meant for anything more, as a fence is one of the easier props to get in place, I personally don't think anything more then a verbal is needed.

Lets be real here, I'm on the inactive side for E-11 command, and honestly I want to focus on other things within the server. Heres my resignation and have a good day.

(But yea Zeeptins name is posted on the forums pretty much, so anyone can say "Oh yea I know Zeeptin his name is *Real name*" was posted cause someone was saying something about GL not having a business license and zeeptin posted a gov website (.gov) which allowed anyone to see the business license)
