+ Support The money silos are becoming the big thing that's happening on the server and if this continues the rules surrounding it need to be changed/updated. I'm noticing the rules are getting loopholed and 1 family has multiple bases up and different people of the same family are spawning money silos together or a few minutes apart. The cooldown rule isn't being followed and I think it should be increased by a little bit to give government that cooldown time. Government is becoming incresingly frustrated when this is the only thing that happens for hours and its almost non stop.

You are truly an inspiration to so many people. Your determination and perseverance through thick and thin was something I look up to for. You were such an amazing SWAT command member. You have improved so much from when you first joined the department and I got to see you grow and improve so much and get higher and higher into the ranks. You will in no doubt do amazing things. I am a Senior Moderator on the PoliceRP Server How often are you online on the forums? I always have the forums open and I usually check it often and take a look on the forums several times a day to look at the posts on there. I might not always post a reply to every post I look at but I often look around the forums. Why do you believe you're qualified to serve as a Forum Diplomat? I am qualified to serve as a Forum Diplomat because I know when I need to have an unbiased and professional opinion. I also believe I have a good reputation within the community and within the long time I have been on the PoliceRP server I have received no warns or bans. Would you consider yourself to have good judgement? If so, please describe a situation that required you to make a difficult decision? Yes, I do have good Judgment. A situation I was put in that required me to make a difficult decision would have to be when I had to make a decision for the future of my tournament which I hold very close to my heart. I had to make the decision on whether or not to rebrand my tournament to give it a better look and to make staffing changes to make sure my tournament doesn’t fall apart. How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming in various topics due to getting banned from one of our servers? I would guide the person to the correct section of the forums (that being the ban appeal section) and I would also let them know that it will make them look worse on their ban appeal if they continue to spam on the forums about their ban appeal. I would also make sure that their posts are set to hidden. How would you deal with a situation where two users are aggressively arguing with each other in a warning appeal? If users were arguing in a warning appeal, I would first give then a forums diplomat warning message of “If the arguing continues this post can be locked for SMT review, and to please keep the post to a +/- support from this post onwards” and if they still continue with the arguing after I post that diplomat message I would lock the post for SMT to further review the post.

This is just a back and forth thing at this point and needs to stop

The first reason why I believe I deserve the rank of Assistant Chief is because I consistently make a good effort to host PD meetings, and I do my best to assist with the department trainings when I am available to do so. I also always try to take initiative to host meetings or ask who can host the next meeting whenever there might not have been a meeting within a couple of days. Since I’ve been a long-time member of PD Low Command I feel as if my leadership skills have grown tremendously. I want my leadership skills to continue to grow as I continue to go through my time in PD. The dedication I have towards this department has been unmatched to the other departments that I am in and I will always continue to have the same or greater level of dedication to PD and its members. I feel as though my judgment skills have improved with my time in PD entirely, I now feel as if I know how to better make decisions with other people and not just by myself. I now feel as if I can trust my judgment better now and can better take others' thoughts into my own judgment and make the best decisions for everyone. I believe I give out fair punishments when it is needed and I give a decent amount of chances to anyone who is in the wrong by talking to them to figure out what went wrong. After I figure out what was going wrong I would help them improve on what is going wrong or explain to them what they did wrong before issuing a strike or demoting the enlisted/supervisors as much as I can. I do this so I can encourage the lower ranks to strive and have the determination to become the best officers that they can be. I really would like to do more for the department and help to make it improve and help make it the best department it can be. I know I always try to host as many meetings as I possibly can but, I still would like to do more for this department and help to make it better. I want to help make the low command team more organized and help make sure everyone is following the rules to make it a good time for everyone. I truly care and love this department a lot and want to help it grow and get better as time goes on. These are the reasons I feel as though I deserve the rank of Assistant Chief. What you want to see? - Add a rule in the Rulebook stating something along the lines of "once the money is dropped in hostage negotiations no matter what demand number it is the hostage must be handed over to the government unit" Why should we add it? - Gives more clarification in the rules and less of a chance of confusion in the future. People also can't pull the "well its not in the motd so do I really have to follow it?"
