Why should you be promoted (150 words Minimum): I believe that I should get promoted to Police Captain because, First of all I believe that getting into PD Low Command Is actually one of the hardest and most difficult command positions in Gaminglight to obtain because of how much dedication and hard work it requires to become a Lieutenant and considering I am an LT that is the hardest step in becoming Captain. Secondly I believe that I am one of the most active or definitely very frequently on the server as well as Lieutenant. Third of all, I believe that I have showed true professionalism and dedication to the PD command team as enforcing the PD rules as well as the PD handbook. Fourth of all, I believe that I also have shown strong leadership to OFC's not just in command but as a Supervisor as well and I strongly do believe that I have mentored some to become strong will powered officers. Fifth of all Captains should most definitely know what the rules and guidelines are in and out of PD and I have definitely taught and mentored officers into not just knowing the rules but encouraging other officers to learn and know them too. Sixth, I have shown strong and thorough communication in game over radio and talking to witnesses and criminals but also in TeamSpeak and keeping officers and civilians calm during high pressure and suspenseful times. Seventh, I believe that maturity and leadership skills are crucial just not to PD Low Command but to being a Captain who will eventually become PD High Command+ and I believe that I have definitely shown growth and leadership in these areas and that I excel better than everybody else. Eight, I have definitely strongly shown inclusion and welcomeness into PD and making sure that everyone is having a great time but is also remaining mature on duty. I believe that this is crucial and definitely a true backbone in PD Command but in also becoming a Captain. Ninth, Becoming a Captain is truly a big responsibility but an often far sighted look at is you are now able to promote up to Sergeant. Being able to promote up to Sergeant means that you can now get new supervisors into PD and they truly shape and mentor the lower ranks and most likely lower enlisted ranks especially OFC's and SNR's will look up to SGT+ so with being a Captain means that you need to have almost pinpoint perfect judgement on who can really take PD to an even bigger level. In closing, I believe that I should get promoted up to Captain so that I can make PD an even better place than it is now and get the next generation of officers up to PD Low Command and really shape the rest of our wonderful department here as we know it. I strongly do believe that I could excel even more if I were a Captain and making sure that everyone is following the rules and just having a grand old time. +Support I think these robbery systems would be great to see on the server! Would most definitely add more RP and more of a pallet to robbery options could even boost player count on top of all of that. (I do remember the first addon you provided being on the server before but it was just the EMP and detector combo.)

+Support First of all I would like to just say even though I haven't seen John all that much I truly do think he should get Lieutenant because I had a conversation a month ago on about how he would increase activity and just overall make PD a better place. With that I say John would be a great addition to PD Low Command.

Your In-Game Name: Soup95 Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:485218185 Staff member's In-Game Name: Vanguardd What did they do?: Vanguardd proceeded to stop me and an OFC while on a patrol and when Vanguardd approached us on staff he said he had something for us and then proceeded to physgun two random players over to us and they started player dissing and Vanguardd did nothing about it. Vanguardd also made their voice incredibly high and considering they are staff they should be setting an example and honestly just being unprofesional and showing no signs of maturity in the situation is just not the way to go, As staff you should really be setting an example and following the rules. I believe that this was just unacceptable and Vanguardd is most definitely not fit for staff in any way possible as well as not fit for event team because if you aren't fit for staff you are most definitely not fit for event team., Vanguardd needs to mature first and then maybe but right now this is just bad. Adding on to that after this situation Vanguardd proceeded to just hop on staff to teleport to Jim Pickett and then hop off which makes absolutely no sense. Evidence (REQUIRED): What do you think is an acceptable punishment?: Staff strike and a firm talking to.

SS Included: Why should you be promoted (150 words Minimum): I believe that I deserve the rank of PD Lieutenant because, I have a numerous amount of skills that I can use inside of the command team. First and foremost I have been in command in many departments including Secret Service High Command before and I know what I am doing and not how to screw up. Secondly I am a very helpful person. I love to help people get through whatever they are going through, I also love to resolve problems in which others are having and I strongly believe that others would agree with this statement. Third, I believe over the years from when I first joined Gaminglight I have really shown a growth in maturity as well as just common sense. I have much experience with not making stupid or dumb mistakes that could be easily done if you are not careful. Fourth, I have always wanted to become PD Command but not for the reasons you might think. Firstly I want to make meeting times and dates available to everyone to make sure that the people who missed the last Police Department meeting can surely come to this one. Secondly I believe that availability and including everyone and just setting a positive vibe is crucial as a command member since you are the people lower ranks will look up to, On top of that supervisors will see you as what they will become next and if you set an example of you can do whatever you want it doesn't look good and will most likely reflect when they become command members. Fifth, I believe setting a good example is a really important job as any member of the server but in PD as Supervisor+ that job becomes more strict and looked upon, But most important by far LT+ will have the highest example on the server as you are the members who are command in the largest department on the server and the one everybody joins soon as they start on PoliceRP. Sixth, I strongly believe that the rules put in place are there for a reason. I want to further enforce and better yet help officers understand the rules of PD making sure that they can become a better human and a better officer on top of that! Wrapping up, I want to be there for other officers to get them through hardships and whatever is happening. I have really grown as a person in my time on the server. I want to make sure everybody has a chance to be promoted and excel in their pd career and I dont want anybody excluded for any reason whatsoever. So, these are just some of the six reasons on why I believe PD High Command should accept me into the PD low command team.
