Im absolutely sure the foundation know what EOI/Nail are (I mean that's why ID Checks exist at all), also Nail often disguised as foundation and say they are nail openly as to not get shot by CI, by your logic the CI shouldn't know what Nail is in that situation and should kill them as to avoid metagaming.

Test idea(s) - 13/20- Not the best of test ideas however it is a base test, a test required to happen to learn about an anomaly's nature. This is not to discourage from doing tests to see what scps do. Presentation/format - 20/20- I love this format, it is easy to read, its layed out well and you went there extra step to make special areas to represent the SCP's containment class and whatnot. Quality/length - 15/20- Not the longest document I've seen but its a good length. Grammar - 17/20- Nothing bad from what I can see but in the anomaly description it states "SCP-8911 presently has 2 modes". Im not sure if this is a mistake of some sorts or what however it can cause confusion to the reader. Lore Knowledge- 17/20 - You wonderfully described SCP-7588 and gave a clear understanding of what it did. Overall : 82/100- Good job.

Test idea(s) - 13/20- the purpose of conducting this test was to enhance the preparedness and capabilities of Mobile Task Force Alpha-1 in dealing with SCP-008 outbreaks, essentially from what I read you just put A1 into the test chamber, I still like the idea though... Presentation/format - 26/20- Quite a unique document format, everything flows well, its easy to read and its images are appealing and it is easy to access +6 points for adding extra unique sections. Quality/length - 19/20- High in quality and length Grammar - 10/20- Unfortunately not the best grammar I've seen, things could be phrased better and there are many simple mistakes such as "a exceedingly" or "an contaminated". Words could be replaced with better words as well. Lore Knowledge- 20/20 - Great demonstration and knowledge or lore knowledge through "background research" Overall : 88/100- Good job Adding a plague inc. screenshot is crazy
