  9. Name and Rank: Shadow Guard VI T1 Ryan. Are you in Shadow Guard?: Yes I am in Shadow Guard. How active can you be?: With my high level of interest throughout Royal Guard I am very dedicated. You can normally see me on for anywhere from 6-12 hours a day. Length in Royal Guard: I have been in Royal Guard since 02/09/2021 Why do you want to become a Trial Senior Guard?: Honestly there are so many reasons I want this rank. Ever since I joined Royal Guard I started setting goals for myself. My first goal I really put my mind to was achieving the rank of Royal Guard and finally getting the privilege of wearing my robes. I was able to achieve that through utmost dedication and support from my peers. Even though that was my first goal, I have to admit getting into Shadow Guard is what I really wanted to try and push myself to do. So, every night I sat on the mat, continuously losing to people 4x my skill level but that did not stop me. There is something inside me where when I start seeing results I push myself really hard to get what I want, and that's what I did. Over the past 2 weeks I have personally trained well over 25 Cadets into the Royal Guard. That was not an easy task and honestly I can't say I did it all alone. Alongside me was Steel who personally I have known for over 2 years and he is the one who told me to get into Royal Guard. I feel like my experiences, and high levels of maturity can help within this position. I would love to show my great features, and professionalism to everyone. You can honestly really ask any Cadet and they can all agree that I have helped them in various scenarios when our high-command and other members were on LOA. I'm an all round fun guy; with a great vibe. But when the time is right I get my game face on and provide a professional and or mature state of mind. I’ve had experiences related to the main duties of this job, and I would like to have an opportunity to show my skill sets here. I understand there will be struggles at hand, but I will try my best to through them. I promise to put my best effort in, and show I'm more than capable for this position. Why do you believe you are ready for this position?: Personally there are many reasons on why I would want such a rank. I feel as if I should be trusted to move up within royal guard so I can help further and better our battalion and cadets as a whole. My outstanding leadership skills and constant un-deniable activity and dedication create a perfect fit for someone like me to become a leader. I hope to achieve trial senior as it is one of my great goals, and in doing so train a handful of new cadets to be our future. I think my loyalty will come into play here as I am extremely loyal to royal guard as a whole so you can put your best judgment and trust into me for any scenario. I am looked up to surprisingly in this community, many people contribute me to the underlying success and elite feeling of royal guard. Many notable individuals have noticed my high interest in helping Royal Guard such as the Sovereign Protector himself as well as our various protectees who I assume love my presence. I did not join Shadow Guard for no reason as well, the moment I joined Royal Guard I knew it was meant for someone as dedicated as me, and trust me it is definitely not for everyone. I have proved my self in many scenarios, so I feel this is the right move for the future and this is my next step within Royal Guard. Do you have any warns? No I currently have 0 warnings.
  10. What is your ingame name?: My in-game name is Ryan. What is your SteamID: STEAM_0:0:164959100 What is your rank on the Naval Roster?: I am currently an Ensign. What specialty are you applying for?: I am applying to become a Gunnery Officer. What Naval HC (Admiral +) gave you permission to apply?: The Fleet Admiral Gallius Rax gave me permission. What can you do to improve the branch you will be responsible for? With the ISD being compiled with various high profile state of the art weapon systems and consoles I feel as if my highly valued skill-set can come into play to better the Empire as a whole. Havoc is only capable of handling certain situations, and with my help I will be able to extend off of their main duties but aim towards a more combat-based scenario or field of work. Professionalism contributes to the general environment of Naval in the case of respect and integrity towards higher-ups. It displays experience and education. Maturity is important because an Officer must prove to be mature when apart of a specialty. The job of a Gunnery Officer deals with combat-based weaponry and high profile machinery, therefore, there is no room for immaturity on the field. Activity is important because an Officer must be contributing to his/her job and showing that they deserve it. There's no point in granting someone who refuses to be active a position within this workspace because they wouldn't be contributing anything to the Empire. Respect is important because it plays a part in being a higherup in Naval. Respect does not only apply to the higher ranking personnel of a battalion, but also the on-board crew and guests of the ISD. Respect in individuals grants a fair and equal responsibility for everyone to contribute to a better work flow. Performance is in the practical element of the job. If an Officer performs poorly, the purpose is lessened. Performance is a large factor in defining how well an Officer is at doing their job. Gunnery Officers should aim to perform higher than expectations in order to serve the Empire more effectively and prove that they deserve the job they have. Knowledge is a factor that is an important key to success in the field as well as with anything that you are tasked to. Knowledge applies to every single concept of the job. Knowing when to act and knowing about their job is one of the most important things a Gunnery Officer can have as a trait. Why should you be trusted with this position?: I can offer a level of maturity and a well-centered professional mindset, which is something that other candidates can't. Possessing these qualities is crucial and I can use them to my advantage when in a stressful situation, perhaps a situation where I'm tasked with making a decision that could make an impact on the ISD such as a last minute attack. Furthermore, my time will be devoted to my job as a Naval Gunnery Officer. Oversight and leadership skills are very present within my unique skill-set. Overall, I am a diligent person. I chose the word “diligent” as I am passionate about what I do. Thus, I am careful and fair when making an important decision. I have a lot of experience within this Server as currently I am inside as Royal Guard at the rank of Shadow Guard IV which is equivalent to MSGT. Being a part of Royal Guard has taught me a lot of leadership and professionalism which can be applied to this job as well. Why do you want this rank?: I want to protect the Empire insuring that no threats can be detected inside or outside the ISD that can harm the individuals onboard the ship. I want to join the few many who works inside of this specialty that is protecting our Naval, our Empire, and our Ship from outstanding threats. Getting to work as a Gunnery Officer is a way I can start gaining more experience within the Empire. Working as a Gunnery Officer is a chance not everyone gets to experience, as well as it is not for everyone. I feel as this should be my next-step into familiarizing my name within the Empire in a good way as well as to build upon my current leadership skills and knowledge of Naval. Do you understand that if you receive a strike you will be stripped of this rank?: Yes I understand. What is your purpose within your assigned branch?: Gunnery Officers are highly trained combat oriented field engineers. Our main post would be Turbo-lasers being tasked to man the highly advanced artillery their and to make sure all weaponry onboard the ISD is in-tact and un-tampered with. If Naval needs support on any other weaponry we are equipped with the tools and skillset to understand and identify the problem, which can help us fix the problem in a fast-paced manor.

  18. Name: Ryan Rank: Shadow Guard IV Time in Royal guard? I have been in Royal Guard Since the 8th of February. Why do you think you are ready for officer school? There are many reasons why I believe I am ready for officer school. I'm good at forming mentor-like relationships with people in order to help further improve any individual within Royal Guard. I have an extensive knowledge of how Royal Guard and the Empire work, having been part of the Empire for a while as well as serving in multiple different battalions. My combat skills also would be of use to help train new Cadets and any individual looking to get better at dueling. These experiences allow me to be proficient in multiple different scenarios where I need my leadership to shine. Royal Guard has taught me to be a good leader as well as how to form relationships with fellow Guardsmen. I have personally put in over 180 hours JUST within Royal Guard and hope to use my skillsets that I have learned during that time to help push cadets through their questions and their cadet phase. Personally I have worked my way up the ranks respectively and I like to believe I have made a reasonable impact on Royal Guard aswell as the server as a whole. Getting admitted to this Academy will really just be my next step into becoming a better me, I believe I can learn a lot from this amazing opportunity and hope to strive even further than I have come to help better the empire. Are you in Shadow Guard? Yes I am in Shadow Guard. How many strikes do you have? I currently have gotten 0 strikes.
