i already feel the backlash from this one, but here we go i guess (im sorry dont hurt me please) What are you suggesting? - NERF THE DAMN SNIPERS How would this change better the server? - it would make combat 1000000000000000000% more fun for both sides, running 10mins to lcz as E11 on the command job and being one shotted by a sniper isnt very fun, running 10mins to get there as d5 and being one shotted isnt fun, same for Nu7, same for rrh... IT ISNT FUN BEING ONE SHOTTED BY SNIPERS IN... EVERY. SINGLE. BATTLE!!! its boring and repetitive and flat out annoying, and yeah say skill issue all you want but 9/10 times its someone running around using the barret like a shotgun since its accurate while hipfiring, and it does that much damage you just cannot combat it alone, you get your ass one shotted lol, it makes most other weapons almost entirely useless Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? +support, it adds an interesting aspect to combat, the tank classes are the ones to take the lead and soak up damage, this would be very pogger as it would mean that the combat aspect of the server would be accurate as in people wouldnt want to battle a tank calss alone, strength in numbers right? exactly.

this exactly, come on guys this is an SCP:RP server not a PvP call of duty lobby, we should be focusing on SCPs and making the server more based around them instead of combat... thats the whole point of scp roleplay in my opinion

Why do you think this warn was false: i believe the warn was false because in the MOTD nowhere does it state specifically that 079cannot open and close doors when not breached, yes the MOTD states that when breached scp 079 can turn on teslas and whatnot but that is all it says, it says nothing about being able to open or close doors whatso ever, when i stated this to the staff member in question i was met with "Thats just common knowledge" and Savagery was quite rude overall, half of the time not even letting me speak and just butting in over me not letting me have a say at all, i said "it doesnt say it anywhere in the motd but i now see i was wrong, i already apologised for it thats my bad" savagery replied with "yeah but thats not an excuse" which i never implied that i was excusing it. biggest -support in the worldin my opinion shugo with all due respect, you are being childish, making moves like this is going to turn the entire community against you within a day or two, this was bad judgement on your view, not only is this early hours, litterally everyone active on the server was there, but no teaming happened whatso ever, the kill logs will show that all dclass there were killed litterally seconds after that screenshot series... this is genuinely a huge mistake on your end, when people make what in my opinion is a very childish uncalled for move like this it shouts words to everyone on the server what sort of person you are, you already have a bad rep for failrp and using glitches on scps to breach yourself, this will only make it worse -stonks

+support, he genuinely seemed confused and i have been in this sort of situation many times, where you think that its just a joke because everyone is having fun and laughing but yet theres one person being serious, personally i dont think a warning is right for this situation, i think a verbal wouldve sufised perfectly, granted piller did tell ZJ in chat but come on not everyone pays attention to the chat while they are having fun, you would be lying if you said you did, i think instead piller couldve pm,ed zj or even brought him to give him a verbal, i just dont think a formal suits this situation (sorry about miss spelling or grammer errors its 1:41am and im tired)

ok so, since i have had around 23DMs asking if im back for good i thought i might aswell answer it here. yes i am back, but not 100%, as most of you know i made my mistakes and got banned from the discord, this makes me unable to become part of any branches and whatnot however it doesnt stop me from playing the server and engaging in minging and roleplay. some of you will be pissed to hear im back but hey ho, cry about it i guess and as a final note i know im mingy and can be very annoying i know im not welcomed by a vast majority of the server, but hey im workin on it, give me a chance and get to know me and maybe, just maybe ill change your opinion on me as a person, but dont shoot me down when i havent even started climbing yet okay?

What are you suggesting? - i am suggesting that a "Research only" line be added into dblock, so basically how dblock has 3 red lines, one middle, one left one right, i say that either the left line or right line should be extended further back and have a permanent sign stating that it is the line to be researched on, so that dclass can pick and choose when they want to partake in research RP and so that its easier for research to get dclass How would this change better the server? - it would improve the RP of research and also the RP of the dclass who wish to roleplay instead of just playing call of doodie on the server, it would add more opportunities for roleplay and make a more uniform dblock Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server?
