Snow/Niner’s Imperial Commando Vice Commander Application- Denied
Alpha0 replied to SnowSpartan7's topic in Denied
+ MAJOR SUPPORT + -Fantastic Leader -Extremely Active within IC -Puts his heart and soul into IC -Dedicated -Level-Headed and Honest -Perfect fit for Vice Commander -Cares about the battalion -Has done the most as he can with Officer -One of the best Officer I have ever seen Snow is the best Officer and leader I have seen in my experience in IC, he is always doing his job as an Officer and he is always helping others in IC. He does a lot of Sim's and Trainings centered around IC in order to help IC improve as a whole. He has proved himself countless times by going up the ranks in IC as well as being the Squad Lead for Omega! He is if not one of the best Niner's I have ever seen in IC. When it comes to punishing a trooper and or having a talk with someone about an issue that has arisen, he is unbiased, open minded and willing to hear them out and there side of the story. He is the perfect fit to be Vice Commander, he has all the traits needed and is eager to help the existing command team improve and expand the Imperial Commandos. he has nothing but new things to bring to IC and to the Command team. He would be a valuable member of the command team as he is a Valuable MAJ right now! Best of luck Snow, I wish you the best! -
Question 1: What is your IGN? (In Game Name) IC SSVL DMS MAJ 6654 Alpha Question 2: What Regiment are you applying for? Imperial Commando: Sev Question 3: Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? There are many reasons why I would like to become a Vice Commander of Imperial Commandos. One of these reasons would be to help improve the battalion as well as help the battalion grow, whether this be through numbers or getting even more active Imperial Commandos. IC as a whole has had a few very respectful and great Vice Commanders leave as of recent. From this, I would like to step up and fill the spot that they have left, while in this position I can help the battalion as much as I can. Another reason why I would like to become Sev is so that I can help the Crimson Squad fully rebuild themselves. I have done what I can in my current position to help Crimson Squad to the fullest. I want to unlock the full potential that is within the squads of IC. Another reason why I would like to become a IC Vice Commander is that as of now, IC is lacking a complete foundation, by this I mean that we don’t have enough Command Members to be on when they are needed, I’m hoping that I can try to stabilize this foundation by becoming a Vice Commander. My final reason for wanting to become a Vice Commander of IC is so that I can help Improve the battalion. There are a lot of documents and issues that need to be fixed in IC as well as to help fill the position that we currently need. Those being a Sniper Lead, Demo Lead and Vice Lead. In the end, I want to help re-stabilize IC and give it a proper foundation by helping the existing Command Members. I believe I can further do this by being a Vice Commander within IC. Question 4: How much game time do you have on the server? According to battlemetrics I currently have 1,022:41 total. https://www.battlemetrics.com/players/972334346?servers[4604844]=7D Question 5: What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The purpose of a Vice Commander within this battalion is to make sure that the battalion is on a stable foundation as well as to keep each sector of the battalion functioning and operating on all stances. For example, each Command Member within IC has their own sector that they oversee, but when there are not enough Command Members that responsibility falls onto the other Command Members to oversee the sectors. In my opinion the main purpose of a Vice Commander in this battalion is to make sure that all areas are stable and to make sure that all areas are functioning as they should be. Some aspects of this would be: -Leadership: Without any Leadership battalions would fall apart, you need someone to be able direct others as well as be directed at times. This allows a battalion to function and operate properly. If a battalion fails to do this then they would eventually fall apart. -Understanding the balance between fun and having to be serious: I myself have fallen to this, in my early days of IC, I didn’t fully understand the aspect of when to be serious and when not to be. This led to me having many troubles, but across my time in IC there were many people who helped me understand this. Now I have gotten to a position where I can help others, this was all because of some people that helped me like Rusty and Wes. There needs to be a balance to where someone needs to know the right and wrong, when to have fun and when to be serious. -Activity: Lastly is activity. If you don’t have an active command team, there is very little that gets done, across my time in IC I have seen active and not so active command teams, I hope to change this for the better by being as active as I can. Question 6: Why should we trust you to be a commander? I feel that I could be trusted with this position from the experiences and responsibilities that I have gained within IC, as well as being the scout sniper vice lead and a demo senior. I do all that I can to ensure that each Sub Battalion within IC gets what they need as well as all members follow their rules, from this I can also be trusted because of how I lead the Scout Snipers as well as operate the Scout Snipers. I have done my best to improve the standards within Scout Snipers that the previous Sev left. Another reason I can be trusted is that I have worked hard to improve and maintain the standards within each squad. With this I assisted in rebuilding Crimson Squad alongside Wheat and Boss, thus enabling us to get a full squad. I have been training Crimson Squad to the best of my ability, I have also been the Vice Lead of Omega Squad, during this time I tried to help the squad all I could, but due to several reasons I had to sadly leave the Squad. Finally I was also the Vice Lead of Elite Squad where I helped renew the documents and tidy up the documents that needed it. With the experience that I have gained within IC I believe that I am trusted by everyone within IC as well as the Command team, this is why I believe I can be trusted as a Vice Commander of IC. Question 7: How often can you be Online? Everyday most likely, my weekly play time on the server is around 30+ hrs per week. Question 8: Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) To my knowledge I have no current Warnings. Thankyou for taking your time to read my application.

I'm sadly going to have to agree with Jack on this one, across my time playing this server for 3 years now. I have seen you quite a bit. You are a very nice and genuine guy, but. Like what was previously stated you came out of reserves not to long ago. I would work you're way up the the position and gain a little more time. I wish you the best of luck.

+Support -Active -Has good intentions in IC -Has a goal in IC -Loyal and Honest -Good application -Support -Has not been in IC for too long. He joined 1/11/23 -Doesn't host too many Trainings or Sims for IC -Have yet to see his leadership skills in full appliance. "I understand how to take the lead and when to put my foot down in the event that it's needed." I haven't seen this too much during you're time in IC. -Doesn't interact with lower ranks as much as a future Officer candidate should. At times can be seclusive to his squad and friends around him. -Overall 7.5/10 To start this off with, I know how much experience you have in other battalions. But, I'm going to put this out there. That experience does not mean much in IC, in IC we solely care about what you have done and what you have accomplished within this battalion and not in other battalions. I know that you have shown leadership skills in other battalions like Shock and Medical, but I have yet to see much of it in IC. IC is very different from the other battalions, for example our command team puts a lot more trust into us and shows us how to operate like a fully fledged command team would. I would like to see more of you're abilities within IC alone and not other battalions. To go along with this, you have not been in IC for a very long time. Finally I don't see you interacting with the lower ranks as much as a future Officer candidate should. To end this off with, you are a great NCO and have great intentions within IC. But, I do feel like you have more learning to do within this battalion. In the end, I try to give my best on these applications to show what the Applicationist is missing and could improve on. I do wish for you to become an Officer, and I know you have been a great Officer in other battalions, but I wish that you would show more within IC at this current time. I do think that you deserve a shot at Officer as of now, but I also think that you need to show more of what you can do within IC in order to move up within the rank as well as to gain more responsibilities and to be trusted. I wish you the best of luck with this application.

+Support -Very dedicated to IC -Very Active within the Battalion -Has proved himself ready to become an Officer -Holds quite a few trainings/Sims/Tryouts -Good leader -Has a goal within IC -Is a good figure for enlisted and junior NCO's -Support -Quite a few grammar mistakes -Quite a few spelling errors - Doesn't interact with lower ranks to much -Does to many Sims/Trainings (Sims and Trainings are great, but at the way you're going with them. You could burn out very fast. Keep doing them, but don't do so many to where you get burnt out and resign.) Overall 8/10 Overall, I feel that you would be a good fit as an Officer in IC. Although you would be a good fit as an Officer, I feel that you could be burnt out from doing too many Sims and Trainings. From this, I recommend just slowing down a little bit on them. As well as trying to focus on more IC Specified Trainings. Finally, in the time this application is up, I would like you to try to start on those goals. Get more interactive with all ranks of IC. Prove to the Officer and Command Core. That you are ready to be a Officer. I wish you the best of luck on this application. To end this off with. I do feel that you lack in some leadership skills, but. I have noticed that they have gotten better. I do believe that through you're time as a 2LT that these skills would improve, and if they don't we can always take some measures to ensure everything is right. Lastly, as I have watched you closely across you're time being in IC, I do feel that you can go very far in this battalion. As well as watching you constantly and helping mentor you, I can say that I have faith in you when you become an Officer. I have been here with you sense you transferred in and I have been constantly watching you, from this I can confidently say that I think you have a shot as an Officer.

+Support - Has done Okay work within IC as a Senior NCO - Helps others from time to time - Can be interactive with higher and lower ranks - Responsible - Respectful - Has a goal in IC - Has spent time as a NCO within IC -Support - Could spend more time as a Senior NCO - Still has much to learn before becoming a Officer - Could improve more before coming an Officer - Heaps of spelling errors on this application - Doesn't necessarily answer the questions, strays away from the questions - "what advantage i can bring IC is to show our enlisted what it take them to becoming a NCO or higher to show them the simple proceses and training they will need to dedicate to there gouls in IC as a whole and achive there gouls to improve and hown there skills so they can do the same for the next line of enlisted" This advantage should be shown during there Senior NCO phase, not as a fully fledged Officer. Overall | 6/10 As an officer in IC I do believe you could spend a bit more time trying to realize what an officer in IC is. IC officers are very different from the officers of other battalions. We get much more responsibility than the other officers do in there respective battalions, because of this we are held at a higher expectation. To go with this, from analyzing what you have done in IC and how you wrote the application, I do believe they could both improve in all area's and aspects. I write this not to put you down, but to instead try to help you improve in the battalion. I have high hopes for you in this battalion, you will go very far if you receive good mentorship from others. I believe that you need more of a stepping stone instead of a jump into officer. Finally, I highly advise going to talk to officers and to get there opinion on what you could improve. Even officers like my self could always improve upon how we hold our selves and how we act. From what we have learned and the experience we have gained as IC officers, I do believe that it is our job to pass that on to the NCO's and Enlisted of the battalion. If you also wish to improve yourself in the long run, I suggest getting good constructed criticism would be best, this way you know what to focus and what to improve on when you finally become an officer, I also wish you luck on you're application and progress within the battalion!

+Support Has been in IC for a while Has good intentions Has shown to be some what trusting -support Not super active "When there is no NCO on to do tryouts if someone really wants to join IC I'll give them a tryout." As an officer you are still obligated no matter what to do tryouts. Just because you may rank up, does not mean you stop doing on or the others task. You say that you would and do host sims and encourage others to do tryouts, yet. you have yet to do any part of you're quota this week. You also say that you understand the responsibility of an officer but has yet to shown the responsibility. You never truly stated what you will do in IC and what advantages you would bring to IC. For the most part, it seems about half of the application was a reiteration of itself "I have to only this life on the server and I will do a lot of fun trainings and SIMs for my troops" You say this, but across the weeks that you have been an NCO, you have struggled to hit quota. So that makes me wonder, will you do the same as an officer and hit just the bar minimum. Overall -Support I truly hate to give this -support because you are such a good guy, but based of the application and the little time I have seen you on the server recently. I can't say that you would a great fit for the officer position YET. Don't give up on becoming an officer. I think you just need a little more time to understand what an officer really is and what they are supposed to do. I know for a fact that you can hit officer, but I believe it for the best that you climb up the ranks normally and gain more experience before becoming an officer in IC. I wish you the best of luck out there!

I have heard quite a few good things about Delta-5, from this I have become quite interested and joining and moving up within Delta-5. I hope I can do good things inside of it. I also feel like I can do more as a Delta-5 Personal, for example. being able to help more. Why should we let you into Delta-5? (50+ words) I have a lot of experience on other servers, including Imperial RP. I have been a long member of this community and feel like I am trusted pretty well. In my short time being in SCP-RP I feel like I have already made some friends and that I have a home here already. I would like to try to re-pay that by being able to help more and do more within this server, I feel like I am worth a chance as becoming Delta-5, so that I can see what I may accomplish within the server and Delta-5 as well. Do you promise to uphold any and all community, server, and SOP rules and RP values? Yes
