(150 Word Minimum) I believe that I deserve this rank because I have spent a large amount of time on this server and I think that I finally have played this server enough to where I not only understand but follow the rules. I know that 5 warns dosen't look good on an application but im gonna admit I used to minge around a lil bit but I have changed from then I have done some regrettable things in the past but that's the past and im here now to enforce rules not break them. I think I deserve this position because I stay on decently late when most to all other admins are offline and I can handle situations then. I can give you an example when there were about 60 people on the server this guy im not gonna say his name because of racial slurs but he was on failrping and RDM'ing for around an hour until our savior squash got on and finally banned him of course I know a trial mod could not ban but if I get this I am very interested in rising in the ranks being active and helping people How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? what I would would be I would give them formal warnings for disrespect then I would call another admin to give bans or what punishment they deem adequate for the transgressions of the rdmer Please pick and answer one of the questions only if applying for Senior Moderator. Game Name: grim/grimly/Michal Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:125001788 Job applying for- 05 research team CI RnD EXP Medical Researcher and Lead researcher How many Strikes do you have: I have one in research but none in medical or RnD Why do you want to join the O5 staff team: I want to join the 05 research team because I am very dedicated to research and having limitless testing ability without asking for perms would help me because sometimes I just won’t test on somthing because I will have to wait hours for my idea accepted and by then the specific SCP will have flagged off especially donator scp roles if I am trying to test on a SCP at night I have to wait until the following morning to get a response I have dedicated myself to many diffrent research teams including RnD medical research and the foundation research team being on all of these still I am a lead researcher in foundation research and a EXP in CI and in medical I’m a medic in all of these I still don’t have clearance for everything and if I get this role I will make it my responsibility to be more creative and more frequent with my tests I consantley have test ideas for 682 but am not able to excercise them because a lot of the time I’m on at the night and command aren’t on to deny or accept ideas I can’t deny I will find it fun to have a high rank but I will not abuse it and when it’s at night junior researchers usually break tons of rules with nobody there to stop them no admins and especially no command and if there are admins online then the junior could get a warn or even a small term ban and that stays till appealed if I was on I could instead just point them in the correct direction And in conclusion I have wanted this role for a while and if I get it I will not abuse my power. I want this role because I have always thought extremely highly of anyone of 05 and to be one would be a great honor and on another note having the power to run in little events to keep researchers on their toes has always appealed to me of course they won’t be event team level stuff but it will help certain people gain experience in their field. More reasons why I want this role are because if I have I will get to meet all of the other 05s and 05s are generally chill and I would be honored to ever be able to hold a rank this high I have always had the utmost respect for 05s and I’m happy just to have the chance to apply to be one even if this is denied I’ll be happy that I got to try out for the cool kids club. Why should we accept you: You should accept me because I feel that I have already proved my worth In research from being in multiple research related branches I do know that I’m not command but if I was command then I would have bigger responsibilities than research and I know that recently in research I have been inactive but that was because I was swamped with school work which I have got out of the way now also on research I am whitelisted for RRA RIG and HMR When I’m on RRA I have dumped almost every hour since I got on the server into research whether foundation or not and I still am planning to I know that some of people may not think that I’m a good fit for this role because of my past but I hope that you believe me when I say I have changed in a good way and all of my mingy behavior is behind me and you will not be seeing disrespectful or unprofessional behavior out of me if I get this role or not I can tell you that my past is past and it will not repeat itself I think I would be perfect for this because I’m in rnd and research and medical research all of which I’m at a rank I can apply excluding medical of course another reason I would be good for this role would be the fact that I don’t have responsibilities in any other branch that didn’t include research and in conclusion why you should accept me is because I will be very active and I’m in every branch that even remotely connects to research and I feel that that makes me the perfect applicant for this role. Lore Name: Grim Rank: Medical Researcher SCP:N/A Question / Idea: I didn't exactley have an idea I was doing blood tests for D-class to see if any had a virus Background Research:N/A Hypothesis:N/A Observations (What Happened During Test):What happened was I brought a D-class to the work/testing area and I tested his blood It had signs of some form of viral disease im calling the leora virus after I figured out that the virus was deadly I did the mercifull thing and eliminated the D-class via an overdose on ketamine After he was cold I began harvesting his organs for further study before dumping his body in the incenerator once I got back to medbay I did various tests on the organs proving the virus extremely lethal I did find peices of a rat in his stomach and noticable decay on most organs especially the lungs where there was some sort of weird goo inside I also tested the blood to where I was suprised to find it slightly acidic I have not yet tested other D-class to see if it has spread through D-block I will run some more tests soon Evidence/Visual Stimuli: N/A Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): He could have gotten the virus from a rat carrier Was Your Hypothesis Correct?:N/A

Name: Michal Reece Current Rank: Lead researcher Time in Research : I’m just going to go off of when I created my forums account which was October eight Why should you be research command, AKA what can you bring to the table that the rest of command can't? (100-word minimum): What I can bring to command is that I don't have a life this means that I can be on constantly. Another thing that I can bring to the command table that others can't is the fact that I don't play any other games right now so allof my time will go into this, I feel that I could handle the responsibilities of this role if you will let me. And finally why I think I am most fit for the role is and try to hear out everyone regardless of rank in an argument I will try my hardest to be fair and just and hear every persons point of view before coming up with a verdict on a subject. I have seen before people just saying screw it and breaking rules because it was to much effort for them to simply get an escort for their test or hey let's just not close bunk doors and if I got this posistion I could finally hand out discipline without alarming other command which chould have better things to be doing at that exact moment. I also have very few warning in game and most of them we're from when I was just starting out and I have never been banned from the server. I can tell you that the entire time im in a command posistion I will act like it and will refrain from doing stupid shit as much as possible If I get the role I can promise you I will not dissapoint I will be on as late as possible so that people can have someone of command to go to when someone's breaking rules late at night and it isn't an admin problem i've had this happen to me many times before. I do get it if you are hesitant to let me have this role I get that I have done things in the past that have made me seem inadequate for this position but, please believe me when I say that I have changed if you think I need more time I do understand. (100 word minimum)(Tangible items like activity, expertise or the ability to run trainings, etc): If I have the correct amount of power I can promise you I will be running very frequent mass tests I feel that this will help the research branch improve. I think personally some people will be very encouraged to flag on if I say for example that im hosting a mass test sometime today I feel that many junior andars some of the people newer to the research branch will flag on and people will get a time to prove their worth to the foundation and get a promotion if they deserve it. And that is how I think I could help improve the research branch in a whole. And I am whitelisted for the RRA and I feel that people I have trained have turned to be very dedicated to the research branch in a whole and I have hosted training late at night meaning that people don't have to wait until tommorow to get traine which at that point usually the lose interest meaning that we lost a potentially brilliant mind and they will probably leave the server in a whole from how boring it is sitting around as a D-class at 3 in the morning. Another thing I will try to do to make the research branch better and more effective is to be there to help newly trained juniors who just plain don't understand something because if they don't ask they might just assume an answer and get a warn and that stays forever or even a strike which is just as bad if not worse.
