Bongo is a great man in Naval and everything he's stated in this application is true. I have no doubt that if he gets accepted, he'll be a great SO. He understands the job and understands what to do.

Pancakes does his job well. The issue is that this application isn't the best and I don't really see him much. With only one spot left, I don't think Pancakes is ready for for the position yet.

While he was striked, Josef has shown an improvement in how he acts and handles situations. He also shows dedication to wanting MO, and I feel most people would give up after getting striked and stripped of their specialty. Josef, however, isn't one to give up.

- Support Being an SO is more than guarding checkpoints and keeping the peace. This application doesn't really show an understanding of an SO and the spirit of one. Keeping the peace is not a way to improve Shock or DT. Also, you say you want to become an SO to bring peace to the ISD. How? What peace is there to bring? What about assisting the two battalions you will be responsible for? Shock and DT are the core of being an SO, and this application only mentions DT one time, only to say they can assist with interrogations and mentions Shock twice. Once for what was just mentioned and once to state that an SO can respond to calls for Shock. You're saying that your only purpose as an SO is to respond to calls for Shock, guard Brig and BCP, and assist in interrogations? No mention of any way to help Shock or DT grow, and an application that is extremely lacking in any detail.

As a Lieutenant, Jintao has done a great job leading enlisted and showing great initiative and strives to improve. Jintao will make a great GO.

As of typing this, DT currently has one command member. I know managing an entire battalion has to be a lot and as an SD I would be there to assist the DT VCMDR in any way I can. Between roster updates, internal problems, assistance with making decisions, assisting any DT with questions they may have, etc. As an SD, I would be there to help the DT VCMDR and DT as a whole. As for Shock, they have a great command team and I would always be glad to help them with everything I mentioned with DT. I can also be there for Shock and DT to always assist with things that would require a higher rank, if there is nobody with the required rank available. As for SOs, I will make sure that they are always active and engaged with Shock and DT, always doing SIMs, tryouts, and trainings, along with myself. Some ways I could help SOs would be with prizes for things like most tryouts/SIMs/Trainings in a week/month (depending on the prize). Why should you be trusted with this position?: - I’ve been a part of Naval and a SO for a while now, and with that I have a lot of experience from my time in both. I’m a Commodore in Naval and although my position of low command is still rather new, I know I have the potential to grow and be an excellent Naval low command member and SD. I’m always open to any criticism and glad to hear about ways I can improve and better myself and I will take that attitude with being an SD too. I have never broken any server rules and I’m a professional person on and off of Naval. I’m always willing to help those that need it and never turn a blind eye towards people. I’m also active and consistent and I believe consistency is important. Why do you want this rank?: -I want the job of SD because I’ve truly enjoyed being an SO from day one, and I believe I am fit for the position. I want SOs to be the best they can be and the best way to do that is through becoming the SD. I also want to be able to assist Shock and DT command members with anything they may need assistance with and that requires me to be the SD. I also want to be able to guide current and future SOs and help them become the best they can be. I also want to be able to further assist Shock and DT to help them become the best they can be too. What is your purpose within your assigned branch?: -As an SD, my job is to make sure Shock, DT, and SOs are all performing well and doing what they should be doing. I am to make sure SOs always have something to do regarding their specialties, help keep them organized through weekly assignments/meetings, and handle any issues that may arise between SOs for any reason. I am also there to assist Shock and DT command as needed, as well as make sure the ISD is properly secured at all times.

Ghost was a great SF Officer though, I won't deny that. If he showed as much dedication to Naval as he did SF he would make a great AO, I just want to see him put more effort into Naval before being granted a Specialty position. I cant currently speak about his minging much because I never see him, but he goes on Naval for around 30 minutes to an hour every 4 days or so, and spends his other time on his CC. Being in a specialty requires a time investment, and while Ghost may have the time for it if he played on Naval more than his CC, he has to show he is willing to put in the time for Naval BEFORE given an AO position. Since Ghost is barely on, I haven't seen him lead yet, and that's an important thing. Ghost, if you're reading this before the app closes and you show change, I'd be more than happy to change my thoughts on you becoming an AO, as long as you show me you are deserving of the position and willing to change. You have potential, I know you can do better. -Proteus

I can say that Doomlam is an amazing enlisted and always performs whatever is asked of him well. I believe he would make a great AO. He also cares about SF and truly wants to improve it based on what I've read in this application.

I see LordInsider online quite a bit, while they may have a day or so away from the server, I can personally say that they always put in 100% effort to make sure Medical is getting tryouts and always engaging with any Medical that's currently online. I truly believe that they are fit for the position and responsibilities that come with being a CMO.

With that being said, Jacky has been less mingy as he's gone up in rank.
