What can you do to improve the branch you will be responsible for?
To improve the branch I am applying for is to first hold many tryouts to increase activity within SF. Also, becoming an AO will increase the relationship and bond with SF and Naval. Moreover, I will host many sims ( not only flying). I will also organise fun activities to keep SF as entertained as possible when flying may not be an option. I will also promote frequently to make sure no one goes under the radar in terms of promotions. I will also try to attend personal SF debriefs to make sure I can get in touch with SF when needed. I know I will be able to provide SF with attention and dedication to make sure it is truly a fun battalion to be apart of. I am also very active and would like to say I will be online when other people may not be and I would be able to host sims and tryouts if required.
Why should you be trusted with this position?:
Firstly, I am a good leader and I would like to say I am trusted in naval.
Secondly, I have been an AO before (From Ensign to Commander) so I know what responsibilities come with the position, what to expect and have interacted with many SF beforehand.
Thirdly, I do not minge and I take stuff seriously.
Lastly, I have known many AO's for a long time and would be able to consult them if there is a problem within SF that requires their input. I also know many SF.
Activity
I am very active. I am on everyday and have 1 week time in this server. I will make sure to be active and always be putting on sims and giving out promotions. I am always on my naval job as I currently have no other job. Therefore I will be able to maximise my time as an AO and not be occupied by other lives.
Why do you want this rank?:
I want this rank as I want to interact more with SF and get to know them. I also want to have fun and get the most out of naval. Being a normal Naval is quite boring compared to being occupied in a branch that lets you interact with other battalions. I also want to induct new people into the Starfighter Corps to achieve the most activity as possible. I will be ready I someone asks for a tryout and I want SF to be a fun battalion for everyone who wants to be involved and I truly believe I can provide the best experience for all members. As I an now a supervisor, I think I should be joining a specialty and AO is my choice.

What is your purpose within your assigned branch?:
My purpose is to man ATC and control the ships going in and out of the ISD. Additionally, we maintain SF and make sure all pilots and ships are aware of new protocols that the command has installed. Also, I help the CAO with SF duties
