[100+ Words] I want to become and officer so I can help out and be more able to do trainings and SIMS. Also I want to become a officer so that I can start to promote people that I see are doing very well in the battalion weather it is that they are on a lot or if they are taking orders very well and helping helping out. Also if I was an officer I can be able to lead 501ST missions as ground command which I have already done as an NCO which I think I did very well on I can help you guys with filling out stuff I can hold SIM's for you guys and get the 501ST the reputation that they deserve. How could you assist the 501st Command with this rank? [75+ Words] I can assist by being on a lot, I can also assist with ground command on missions and report back to you who I think deserves a promotion. I can also assist them with doing plenty of SIM's so we can make sure that our 501ST are always ready for action, and also so we can serve Lord Vader at out greatest capacity. I can also assist by making sure that our NCO's are doing there job by training and getting more 501ST so we can build our reputation in the server and prove that we really are the best battalion. I already do a good amount of training as a NCO but if I was an officer I would be able to do a lot more stuff because I am a higher rank and people might want to listen to me more. But its not about them wanting them to listen to me its just so I can help out as ground command and I also can help with promotions because I am on a lot. I also can make sure the NCO's are training. Have you had any previous experience has an Officer? Yes I am a commander in another server and Captain in another. So I know what it means to be an officer. What is the purpose/duty of an Officer?: The purpose is to do trainings and be an influence on the enlisted.

I know this is cleshay but want to show people how good the STs are and I want to show that we are capable to do are best and be the best battalion we can be and how capable our sub battalions are. ] [ 7.What Time zone are you?: EST (Eastern Standard Time) ] [ 8.How well do you command this Regiment?: I say I can command any regiment I'm in pretty well and if there's a situation needs to be handled, I can make sure it can get handled. If someone needs help ill get them that help and ill help them as much as possible and as much as needed i would and in these situations i would make people feel equal in the matter and make sure that no-one is angered, but asides from that I will command my troopers and sub battalion witch is JT and HVY to my fullest power. ] [ 9.What makes you stand out from other applicants? What i do better then some other applicants is that I have the will to improve off what I have done wrong and I have learned how to be efficient at what I need to do as a member of the Stormtrooper core, I also have very good relationships with the other battalion as I was once one of them, and I think this can help with the relation ship with other battalions with Stormtroopers with this communication buff. I also know how to talk to my fellow troopers better and with more respectfully even the minges still even though They are minges. What your steam id?: STEAM_0:1:540378212 3.Did you read the ST Sop?: Yes, I have read both ST SOP's that are currently out. 4.How long have you been on the server: November 11th, 2020 5.How many warnings do you have?: 0 warnings across all of Gaminglight. 6.Why do you want to be a 2LT: Former to my experience with 501st as an officer I'd like to become a 2LT of ST's to help guide and support any new or old members of the Stormtrooper battalion in any way shape or form as well as to improve myself through the process gain maturity learn and experience, and overall help better the Stormtrooper battalion in as many ways possible. As a current NCO in ST's, sometimes there are people I would like to promote and/or demote based of their current activity and behavior. Becoming an officer of ST's would allow me to do so in an easier way, but also better my communication with the current officer's and command as well. With the officer's in ST's ranking up higher every other week, some plan to apply for a Vice Commander position. Lessening the amount of active officer's vs. command. 7.What Time zone are you?: EST 8.How well do you command this Regiment?: For the one day I was a 2LT, I was doing exceptionally well from my perspective as well as that of other officers, and I believe I command this regiment very well and handle situations to the best of my ability, as well as lead the ST's in events and in general. (For explanation on what happened I wasn't demoted for doing anything wrong it was just quickly accepted and miscommunication between command.) 9.What makes you stand out from other applicants?: For starters, there are no other applicants at the time, but my ability to lead, demonstrate dedication, and experience leading as an Officer stand out. Another reason I'd like to become an Officer in ST's is to help maintain the ST's and get them under control as well as handing out promotions I see fit. I also think becoming an Officer will help me improve and/or expand within the server. One last reason I'd like to become an Officer of ST's is because recently ST's have lost a few Officer's and that can be problematic as some of the Officer's aren't extremely active, as well as some of the older Officer's are wishing to become VCMDR's and that would mean losing another Officer. 7.What Time zone are you?: EST 8.How well do you command this Regiment?: I would say I command this regiment very well, I can maintain a professional and mature front when handling mingy ST's as well as being very good at leading and being a role model for ST's. 9.What makes you stand out from other applicants?: Well for starters there are no other applicants at the time but one major thing that stands out is my ability to lead, show dedication, and experience with leading as an Officer.
