HUGE +SUPPORT Ive been trying to get this man to apply for ages. With working along side him in maintenance I know how much of a hard worker and great thinker and problem solver he is. I know he would be an excelent super admin and cant think of anyone else more deserving!

Anyhow I THINK theres one gun that can go through riotshield Apperantly, I think someone said this some time back but it's never really been an issue where we've had people talk about it. A video would help a lot and save people time, especially when you didnt even list the gun(s) that this is an issue with. Also this would probably be better to a bug report considering me nor D5 have any control over our weapons, all me and price did was find weapons we thought looked cool or had a goof concept and asked coltable and igneous if they approved and they handled the rest, just thought that should be mentioned

Well I never thought in a million years I would pull a Weiss and be hcmd for over a year, and now that I've done it, I feel fucking old man. I honestly still find joy hopping on utility and working with hcmd on branch stuff but I simply can't keep the promise I made as hcmd for Maintenance and D5. So after some thought I think it's finally time to hang up the hammer and call it while maintenance is in a good spot. I honestly was going to resign a few times but either the other hcmd did it before me or I was needed, to which delayed the inevitable but again now is time I think maintenance is in a good spot with really good hcmd who don't need me. Throughout my time in maintenance I have made countless friends who I still talk with today and will continue to talk to for a while. Last time I made my resignation I had a list of everyone who was command at that point and gave my thanks to each for making this server so enjoyable for me, but I'm not totally gone so I'll save that for when I do leave in total. I'll try to keep in touch with utility, especially keep in touch with my maintenance friends! I have faith in all my command right now to lead this branch to prosperity and greatness, and I give thanks to all the command from the past who helped make this branch as good, friendly, fun and just overall an amazing place to be. I'm proud to say throughout my entire time in utility I've had nothing but fun, good vibes, little drama and just a good experience. Utility is honestly the best branch anyone can join if they want a laid back place to enjoy the best parts of the server and gaminglight in general. I love every single member and wish I tried to connect with more of you like I used to, it's probably my one regret as hcmd. But I shall do better in D5 and will not make the same mistake! Playing on the server won't be the same, I'll be sure to do as much as I can to give yall everything you need to prosper from a MTF ability, I'll be sure to fight for you even if I'm not here! I was told people tested it and it cant deflect those but I honestly dont know as I dont see the swore that useful besides creating space or retreating

I mean I personally don't use the sword as I feel our other guns are more than enough, the only thing the sword is useful for in my opinion is to make space or try to escape with low hp, but I'm not a god with it like price or robby, so I'm pretty sure it's just a legitimate skill issue

ima be honest I never new the sword had knockback or a heal buff lmao. I mean on paper it sounds super OP but it's not as good in practice, especially with us having to tank a lot of damage while running at the enemy isn't the smartest decision out there. Also again I have never seen any knockback on it and so who's to say it isn't a one off thing? If it isn't than yea it may need a nerf, but also wouldn't the knockback assist the person getting hit though? Getting a good boost away from the close range attack the goal of running away from it? I think it just hurt you in that situation due to you hitting a door path causing the momentum to thrust you upward. Besides the knockback, which can easily be used at an advantage to the person getting hit, everything else is fine I think, but again I've never gone against it so this is just from my perspective so take it with a grain of salt.

-support a few points on this one First: The ONLY reason this happened was due to a perk from The No Land Beyond, which is if you get a kill with it than it's damage will get boosted, and it glitched and that perk goes onto any weapon to switch to, in this case robby switched to the Khovostov and it did just that. The normal gun is actually pretty bad, with a clip of 40 and a ok fire rate, it almost takes a full mag to kill any job over 150 150. Second: This is on 1 job that is on every now and than, and since it was a glitch that caused it than it won't happen again due to it being limited to 3 people who run the branch. So no this gun isn't broken, just a simple glitch which we have already told coltable and igneous to remove the perk on The No Land Beyond so this wont happen again and until than we will just refrain from using the weapon or just not abuse the glitch, which is simple enough. This was something none of us new and when we did find it we again already are getting it fixed Sorry if this feels targeted but were dealing with a lot of other stuff and this is just a stupid report after the evidence against it has already been shown and proven, but do research before hand instead of hastily making a report, just makes things like this out of hand and annoying to deal with. Not to mention ignoring the responses that literally prove what happened and ignoring it.

I also have experience from SCP, JvS, and Clone Wars Life RP GL servers as HCMD, and site admin on SCP-RP over the 4 years on GL so I understand what is needed as a NCO. 6: Why should you be a Medical NCO?: I wish to help medical on Imperial as much as I can, I one day wish to be command. I feel I can be a prime example of an NCO and prove my own worth as a player, while also giving my knowledge and insight to newer enlisted and creating a fun environment that will show medicals best colors. I also know how to treat/handle troublesome enlisted and how to encourage and strengthen newer ones talents on medical as well the server. 7: Why should we accept your application over other applications?: I feel my best quality that will shine most is the experience I've gained from being HCMD on SCP, JvS, and CWLRP. I feel that is something that is only gained from time and can't be taught, and since I've already gained years of experience (around 2 years+ in hcmd+ and still going), I won't need to have the time constraint that many people need to gain experience. Although fairly short, everything else I wish to say ultimately ties back to my overall experience, which again sets me ahead many others. 8: Do you have any warns? (And what for?): I have 5 warns total (the latest I think was from Luci in earlier 2021) Warns explained: The mass RDM in MTF bunks was me and around 10 other people just screwing around killing eachother, to which someone hit an AFK guy and they considered all of the following killing RDM, so fairly unfortunate but I have yet to do anything similar since. The FailRP warn is the farthest away, I was on Dr. Bright and bought a keypad cracker, when I thought it was allowed, and I was mistaken. The metagame warn from PoliceRP, imo, was total BS which other Senior Admin told me the same thing. I tried appealing but PRP SMT felt different so it stands. The RDM warn from Luci was a joke. Me, Luci, and our friend WantedIdeas were chilling on Imperial and I killed wanted, Luci warned me thinking I could appeal, but my forums account and my in-game account are separate, I can get a manager to remove it but I honestly forgot about it until making this post so I will probably get it removed shortly after this. Next is my homophobia warn, which is a little wacky. So basically I was in a call in discord with a good friend of mine, I had the same push to talk in discord as in game, called fun the funny F word and a D-class around the corner recorded it and sent it to staff. (Not as an excuse but I myself am bi so take it of course with a grain of salt, even though I still said a hurtful word and took the ban)

+support I would say if someone can't put the time into something, such as a management position, than they should put people in place they know can run the server as good as they can or better and than step down until you can get the time back. As trying to force something to work that isn't, will eventually end in ruin. I'm sure your an AMAZING manager but you also seem to have some issues with wording as well communication issues with command which has proven troublesome. But as well some arguments against hotshot aren't valid due to rebuttals or people speaking out to correct the misinformation. This is mostly from uneducated eyes and I purely know this info from this post, so yea.

funny how time flies man, you and land will be my lads till the end hopefully, I shall always remember the best times we had one here, the people met, friends gained, and friends lost. But I promise you I will do better, I would say farewell my friend but I have no reason to say farewell, not to mention you and land are fare greater than the title of friend!

So peanut, so far the only issues I see are a few mistakes here and there, some if which more recently, on the llayer side of things. So far you have proven to be w good staff member who deals with sits in a professional and timely manner, as well a hard worker in D5. But I would say you need to work on relations with people on the server, so although again you are a good staff, nust need to work on what people have said, altgough I havent seen any of the negatives except that one report. Besides that keep on workin hard!

+/- support If its a hitman/assassin why not make it a glass cannon. Give it a better than normal gun for D-class, like the contender or some other hifher damage gun but around 100 hp or so.
