[150+ words] For those in the unaware, the Officer core is failing due to there being 3 officers and 1 is on ROA. To help bring stability to the battalion I want to join the officer ranks and help train the enlisted and NCO's when command and other officers cannot be online. I also want to help with disciplinary issues when command and other officers are not online when only NCO's are. Since NCO's cannot handle punishments I would like to assist with that as while Royal Guards going out of line is a rarity, the times it does happen there has been issues with other regiments. I would also like to become a Trial Senior Guard for the fact that I can help with promotions. Without any officers online, enlisted and NCO personnel will slowly die out, seeing an officer online will also keep the hopes up and give them a reason to hop onto the Royal Guard jobs. How could you assist Royal Guard command with this rank? [100+ words] With there being only 3 officers, a fourth active officer could help bring stability to the regiment, showing that there are people who care about the people and doing so would give a break to the Command Team who likely need to work on more important things. I can also assist with disciplinary issues as mentioned above, with there being only 3 active officers there are times where no one who can punish a mingey CDT or keep the NCOs in line. Recently I have also heard that there is a possibility of one of those 3 officers resigning, making those who can handle disciplinary issue more valuable. (If yes, explain) I was a IC LTCOL a long time ago whilst also being DML, I was also former Nova Vice Commander under Starch when he was a Nova Commander. What Qualifications could you bring too the Royal Guard Officer Team? How many of the other branches view RG as a whole and how they work, both with RG and on their own. This is due to me being in every regiment at some point, reaching NCO for most and Officers for some. Do you understand that if you are Accepted, you will be on a 2 Week Trial Period? All be it there is still justifiable suspicion on Krieg. Name and Research Rank: Trainee Droz Permission by: VCMDR Carl Subject(s): IQT River Targeted Results: A lethal virus to target specific planetary blood types Actual Results: The target result although not lethal Procedures performed: Subject was brought into a secure room and was injected with a liquid form of the virus, after 15 hours of observation he attempted to break out, afterword's I had equipped a hazmat suit and attempted to knock out subject, the subject had tried to attack me so I asked an IC for assistance, the IC had knocked them out and I had brought him into surgery room, after checking his kidneys the subject had broken out and escaped medbay, medical had alerted shock and after finding subject, subject had broken my leg but after I had striped and binded subject and before he was brought to medbay, he was released by someone and had run off, after 5 minutes of search he was cornered in brig, in the 5 minutes I had managed to make a vaccine and transform it into a bacta grenade, I ran to brig and vaccinated subject and brought him back to medbay before Carl ordered termination of subject, autopsy of subject shows the brain was black and shows signs of the rabies virus How could the procedure be improved: Better safety protocols, subject broke loose of lock on surgery bed

Name and Research Rank: Trainee Droz Subject(s): 501st CPT Bean Assistants: SSGT Blaze Targeted Results: Blaster proof armor along with multiple upgrades to better: Strength, eyesight, speed, and dexterity Actual Results: Targeted results, Prototype armor still has yet to be tested though Procedures performed: Blaze had done a quick but major surgery to make the implant as the armor was significantly heavier then average armor given to the troopers, the implant was placed in the nape of the neck as like the last procedure and was connected to the brain, arms, legs, and lower spine of the subject. After the surgery subject had replaced his current armor with the new armor, subject remarked about the weight. How could the procedure be improved: Reduce weight of the armor, that would also cut down the cost as it is made from beskar, in addition, find a different metal to use for it.
