P.S He was close enough to the player to hear the tranq in RP so he could have killed him

Okay, I'll point some things wrong with this application:
- If you read the requirements for trial mod, you should know that you need to have at least 1 week on the community.
- You should be known in the community.
- Q15 has a lot of text that's not needed, also we need to know what you could bring to the staff team. You can meet people in RP, you don't need to be staff for that.
- Q16 is not that good, you should write down what you would do in more detail like jail times, what rank you would call for the jail/ban and stuff like that.
Now a few good things:
- No warns (well, you started playing today).
- Timezone is right for when the server is most active.
- Q15 has 194 words.
Overall I think you could join the staff team if you wait a little and get known in the community.

Evidence is clear that the heavy was in EZ and was teaming with D class. Blacklist should be an appropriate punishment.

I see no true advantage to requiring this as this server isn’t 100% lore friendly (ie Bright isn’t level 4 clearance).
While I would not require it, I would like to see people do this on their own free will/accord. If you want to do this it will only increase RP, but requiring it complicates things.

You can't spectate as Tmod
Most reports of MassRDM you receive already happened. spectating won't do much
No point in freezing the person unless needed
Gagging is an aggressive approach, should try to calm them down first, then gag them if needed

I think Max would be a great Forum Diplomat. I see him doing things in and out of the server with support and even in game. I think it would be very beneficial to have him on the team. Great application and good forum activity. I wish you the best luck. ~Catsro
I'm not a forum diplomat, nor do I play on policeRP but I do see that he's active on the forums, and I think he could be a great addition.

Clear evidence that he went into lower D block as 106 and 096, killed people and brought people into the PD. No evidence of mass RDM though. Still what he did deserves a ban.

Maybe he wasn't looking when the D class went over the line, people make mistakes. Also, someone accusing you of RDM isn't against the server rules.
