Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) I want to be a trial moderator so I can support the server, if I can become a staff I'll try to be as active as possible. I'm from Central Europe, so I'm usually on when there is no staff online, and I sometimes see people breaking the rules just because there are no staff on. I also want to be staff because it seems like a great community to be in, I never really wanted to be a trial moderator on any other server, but on this one it seems fun. If I become a trial moderator I will be responsible, and friendly to players, I don't want people to start hating the server because I was mean to them as staff. I only applied to staff now because I only type in game, and I didn't know if I could do it or not. I know my forum posts are low, I'll improve on my activity on the forums.
How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Once I get the report on them or see them I bring them to the admin room. If they start shooting I freeze them, and if they kill someone I warn them for RDM in a sit. If they keep cursing at me or at other people I would gag/mute them. I would look at logs to see how many people they killed, and I would ask why they killed them. If they killed 3 or less people I would warn them/ jail them for 300 or get a moderator+ to jail them for 600 seconds. If they killed 4+ people I would ask an admin+ to ban them. Before they get banned, I would explain to them what they did wrong, and warn them for MassRDM and staff diss.

I'm really going to miss you as AHOT, I think you did great things to the branch, and tech wouldn't be as active as it is now. I hope to see you on sometimes, even if it's rarely. I had fun RPing with you, even though we only met a few times in game. Without you tech will loose a precious member, and it won't be the same, but I understand why you resigned.

- Q16 is wrong as you cannot deliver a ban as a trial moderator however you were correct to get a higher staff member.

Overall Pop, I believe if you can fix this above you could be a good trial moderator addition to the staff team and increase overall activity.
Also, there are some spelling mistakes which could be easily fixed, but I don't think he read through it once he was done. "Trial Moderater, Trail moderator"

Sometimes D class spawncamp technicians, because they don't know they spawn there, and if the spawn was at bunks it would make a lot more sense.
