This is false. Tranqing 966 I believe used to crash the server due to his ragdoll stretching across the map. The only models that probobly could crash the server if tranqed are the Dragon, Unicorn, and 966. I would +Support for maybe a blacklist off tranq jobs and a warning though. But due to being on a CC I am unsure if SMT can remove him off of it or not.

I agree with Sixx. Dont buff everything but play around with certain guns untill they start doing real damage.

Not going to leave a + or - Support yet, although I would like to point out a few issues I have found in this application. - You cannot breach 682 so the event idea would not work. - There are a few too many warns I wish you luck and if I see anything more then I will change to a + or a - Support.
