Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum)
I Believe I deserve the rank of Admin as i have been a long time member/Staff member of this community with a fairly good reputation that has led me to a High Command within FBI and a high standing within my fellow peers and other people within the community. I have always enjoyed being a staff member for PoliceRP as I love this community and the people in it and I would like to help out more within the Gaminglight as I have done since I have joined this server back in 2018. I also help out other staff members when they ask questions and also am a friendly face to those new within the server helping them with how to join different jobs or giving them a helping hand with buying a car or help with different rules. I believe I am ready for this position with the time, effort and dedication I put into the server and the community as a whole. with all that said I support this community as I believe it's an amazing community and the people in it make my experience of gaminglight memorable and invigorate me to do my best for it.
How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?
Firstly I would bring player to a roof as not to disrupt RP further, I would ask if he knew what he what he was doing was against the rules and as I hear what he says I would look in logs to check for the amount of people he ARDM/RDM'd, if he started abusing me and disrespecting me I would ask him to stop and if he doesn't stop I would then proceed to gag and mute him and proceed to give him a Formal Warning for Mass RDM and a 5 Day Ban as the staff handbook says.

-What would you do if you think a player is an alt account?
I would not interact with the person I believe is a alt account, I would try to contact SMT if one is on via teamspeak if not I would go into the staff discord and make a requesting SMT request, lastly I would then report to a JMT member about this.
-What would you do if a player is threating to chargeback?
I would gather evidence of the player threatening to charge back and report to higher ups about this situation
-A family is mass minging and causing issues, how would you stop the family from minging?
I would bring the family onto one of the bigger roofs(I.E spawn roof) and tell them that the amount of minging and issues they are causing are going overboard and that they either need to chill out or stop altogether as its ruining the Role play of others and if they continued they would receive formal warns and or jail sentences relative to the rules they've broken.
-How would you deal with a situation you don't know what to/don't know the answer to? (Don't answer with "I know everything!")
I would ask my fellow staff members in either staff chat or in teamspeak if one of them is in TS regarding any issues that might come up that I don't know how to respond to or handle, later I would ask a higher ranking staff member or a JMT member if there was something that I could of done better/if I could improve on for future reference.
