(150 Word Minimum) well with my long long time playing gmod and being a part of this server off and on i've seen how rapidly things can change. i was once on when this server had 100+ people a day and there's 4 staff members in every branch. but with school starting and people giving up on this game our numbers have dwindled and i want to bring that back to life. i've seen several days where staff tickets pile up and no staff is on or there is staff and just no one wants to take them. i'm here to change that. iv'e been on gmod for well over 8k hours and i've been staff everywhere. i know most of the motd like the back of my hand and i can explain rules and what they mean to people who never new it existed. and i want to bring that back to where we have trustworthy and reliable staff Scenario questions: Select any two of the following four questions to answer for this section. I've been around for many of years and I've seen how good certain members are. no offense medical is very lacking command wise and it really needs someone active and that has common sense to clean shit up. my goal is to come in and simply improve the branch. my goal is to get a bit more activity but focus on getting our sub branch's more seen. FW is one of our strongest sub branches yet its one of the less used. CCU is good at assisting d block but no one ever plays. medical research is just mid since we have research but we could easily push to make it more in tune and focus on finding a cure to this new infection shit around site. trauma is a nice mix of both maintenance and medical yet no one plays it cause of how boring it can get. Trauma engineer's main goal is to assist both maintenance and medical and I think I'm a good fit because I've done both jobs. I've been apart of gaming light for years now dating back to 2018 and I joined SCP RP in 2019. with this time I've seen it all and experienced almost every branch their is besides medical and now this time around I have joined medical to try it out. most branch's see boring and mundane after awhile but maintenance and medical both seem like a branch that expands with time while other branch just get less and less. I want to experience this more by being a part of both medical and maintenance by joining trauma engineer today Scenario Questions: Q1: An MTF Nu7 Corporal is in dire need of surgical attention (5% health) but an MTF E11 Captain has asked you to come to SCP-966’s containment cell and fix its doors. What should you prioritize? i would move to assist the nu7 corporal first. yes the e11 captain needs assistance with a door however keeping our foundation alive is my main goal seeing as i am apart of medical before anything else Q2: SCP-106 is on its last advert and is about to breach. As you are enroute to 106’s cell, a squad of MTF D5 Gladiators requests that you squad up with them. What should you prioritize? prioritize 106 as its important. id be fun to roll with G9 but now adays they don't need/want our assistance so I wont lie id take the request for a squad up as a trap since MTF SF rarely looks at medical let alone want to work with them

What are you suggesting? - either increasing the armorkits storage from 75 to 125/150 or making the recharge rate higher so it isn't as bad How would this change better the server? - it will make more people want to play as utility so they use the kit right and make branches like NU7, and Gensec want to request them for assistance Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? sooo uhh i was getting fucking shot i was grabbing a class D to deal with a SCP the reason i ran with my gun was so i could get a class D without getting killed if you had a longer clip then 30 seconds you see that i pull out my handcuffs and try to cuff a dude sevral times getting 2 of them having to kill sevral cause they shot me also from what i have been told we can cross the line and get a class D and if we are shot we can kill the person who shot us seeing as i have seen gensec command do it MTF command do it and others as MTF are job is to get the class D plus if you were apart of gensec or MTF you would know that riot control dont listen to commands from MTF or Gensec command also to that i got to SM in OMI9 the branch that doesnt deal with SCP's and we just transfered 2 days ago so that is like saying hey your shit at your job go do this job with little to no training on how to do it and be the best one there at it
