Like Rhenic said, in cases like that it's best to report them on the forums. However, if you said that he was a bad admin, and that there are younger admins that can do better than him, then I don't blame him for warning you for Staff Diss. However, the punishment handed to people is the admins discretion. I would've either given you a verbal or a physical depending on the severity of your attitude, as that is how I handle everyone.

I see that you're applying for staff, What I suggestion for you to do is play on the community a bit more and become well known among the community. Your Application could use a bit more effort and time into it.. feels a little rushed that's all. But I would recommend you read the 'Staff Hand Book' Again it will give you some answers and some hints, there's some stuff you need to work on in this application.
