  1. I typically dont reply to these (unless the person is being super hostile about it) and you're being respectful so thank you for that.

Anyway, bans are automated at 10, 20, 30 and 40 warnings and each time varies in severity at the end. It is a 1 week ban yes and hopefully you wont accumulate anymore warnings as time goes on. It's basically in place to let people know that "Hey, you're getting in trouble a lot. Take a break and lets try to fix things." and sadly enough, even warns that are years old are  taken into account. Just be careful alright my guy? I have faith in you to do better.

No member of staff is 100% obligated to give you evidence on anything. Actually, nobody is obligated to give evidence of anything (unless there are very specific circumstances involved) and in your case, you didn't help your case at all by what you were saying in the UMC discord AFTER you were banned. SMT Disrespect is a very punishable offense and to add on to that, you're not being entirely honest in your ban appeal. So, how about we start over for what you REALLY said and REALLY did so that way the community can give the proper feedback instead of you leaving out bits and pieces of the story.

The attitude that you are portraying here is just sickening. You claim you've been playing here for a long time but I highly doubt that considering how you're acting. Either way, when someone tells you to stop, especially staff. You stop. It doesn't matter the type of music you play, if someone finds it offensive, then it's offensive. Also, the harassment thing continues with Lime King yesterday as you were complaining almost non-stop about him even AFTER I told you to make a sit about him countless times. Spare the excuses and come backs. The warn is valid.

You're lucky you didn't receive a ban for this as well. Player targeting (if I remember correctly) is a blacklistable offense and playing music of that nature is not a good look for you.

Seriously disappointed by the way this guy handled the situation considering he is probably white and knows nothing about racism...

The fact that you said this, definitely doesn't make you look good in any degree. Either way, from what I can gather. Ban is 100% justified.

  5. What you want to see? - The amount of departments in general that someone should allowed to be in.

Why should we add it? - It helps reduce the stress and struggle of activity in departments and helps keep a better flow of who is where at any given point.

What are the advantages of having this? - Being in 2 main departments (1 primary | 1 secondary) benefits greatly due to the fact that people are a lot easier to keep track of in terms of activity, strikes, etc. A lot of people are in multiple departments and it really begins to get confusing on who is where at any given point. Things such as Crim, and PD wouldn't really have an effect on this (or FBI considering its a Donator based department. But would apply if they wish to pursue places within that department). Also reduces the amount of communication that is necessary to other places that if one person was removed from 1 department, then 4 to 5 other deparment heads wouldnt have to be notified of one of their members being removed.

Who is it mainly for? - Everyone

Links to any content - N/A

Bread, I like you. Believe me I do, so don't take this personally. But, I have to agree with others on this post especially Hoovy. The overall demeanor you give off under stress is not the best. Your attitude and enthusiasm is not where it needs to be for JMT. You have a great personality in most cases, but it's just not something that shines through to the rest of JMT and SMT for SCP-RP.

Now, do I believe that you can do it in the long run? Absolutely. Don't give up on yourself, and don't give up on what you're after.

Are you a Staff Member Within Gaminglight? Yes, senior moderator

How often are you on TeamSpeak? Most of the day. I'd say 6 to 10 hours at the most. I'm a poke away for anything if im not active at the current.

Why would you want to join our Support team (Word Count 150+)? I want to join the support team because it's another extension of gaminglight. It's another start to an active part of the community to help people with tags, assist those who need it in Teamspeak, and things of the like. I've been support in the past and helped with almost everything that I could, in every way possible. I understand all of the rules and duties of a support member very well and I could help out newer support members as well.

Tags are the most important part of Teamspeak, as without them you can't do anything, I understand there is more to it than that but it is a huge part considering that is a support members first point of contact with someone on the TS. As time goes on, I would like to get to a point to where I could assist with dealing with minges that happen the find their way into the Teamspeak as well.

How do you think you could affect support staff in a positive way? Assist newer support members how to properly do their support stuff and to also lead by an example.

How would you greet someone that has a problem in one of our support channels? "Hello, welcome to Gaminglight Teamspeak, how can I assist you today?"

Have you read our rules and do you promise to uphold all those rules to the best of your ability? Yes, absolutely.
