    That second video is him being a hobo, which he is allowed to play music on...

    Even then. From a staff perspective. That was in a shoot out. It doesn't seem like he is intentionally trying to run around to be annoying with it because that shootout started out of nowhere.

    The fact he does this knowing that he could be in extreme trouble at any time is saddening. This attitude has came from him time and time and time again and he just doesn't care. He gets caught, he tells a sob story and acts all sad that he's in trouble (to think he will get out of it) and the more he gets in trouble, the worse he gets. He has blatantly player dissed, sometimes to such a degree he should have been banned for a temp amount of time due to the extremity behind it. He has blatantly broke rules for his own benefit and ignores ANY higher ups that he has in a department unless it is someone he likes and even then he goes behind their backs. 

    Even further, he takes advantage of smaller things and tries to twist it. This video is a perfect example of that. I understand Nicholas isn't the best player but this is just extreme even by my standards. Also, lets not even begin to talk about how he handles sits. I think personally, he needs a form of punishment that will last for a while. Permanent? I wouldn't say that. But, a couple of months? I can understand that much.

    Just have him removed from your class. It sucks you have to pay $10 but if he is causing that many issues, I would rather be safe than sorry.

    Not to mention the extremely bad attitude I had from him a couple of weeks ago. It doesn't help. 

    Granted I know things change as time goes on, but that was a massively terrible situation that didn't need to happen.

    As much as I hate to say it, everyone is right really (as far as the +support side) due to the fact that the person was NOT told anything in game. It must be verbally done and failure to do so is a bad thing to have going for you. No audio came from you in the video until you personally mentioned "I am still here yknow." You didn't say he was being warned. You didn't say why he was being warned. None of that. Being self aware in a situation such as this prevents confusion or pissed off players because a warning NEEDS to be talked out first. They need to know what they done that was wrong (unless it's blatant and even then you still need to explain), explain why they are getting a warn and then administer the warning. 
     

    It is a tiny mistake yes, but it is something that can come back to haunt you in the long run if not kept in check. No hard feelings Rick. Just giving a side here.

    Your props are models/hunter/plates/plate6x16s which are not even sizeable for an inner of the base. Your props were on the outside of the base only. Which if there is a bunch of big props it causes lag on the server. And SMT has just rolled out the double money surge. So I think we would want to keep players on the server and not have them leave because big props are lagging the server. The area you had your props was the outside of multi-level parking garage. So none of the props that were yours were part of an actual base just the outside useless. Torty had the props that were on the inside. To end your props you also had a reflectivve material on your props which is look downed upon due to performance issues

    In addition to this you were very hostile towards Jimmy which could have been borderline staff diss. A professional person would have just made a complaint on the forum instead of berating him.

    Also next time make sure you include the full report on what happened. In the end I would've like to see the full spectrum of what happening from all players involved. This being Jimmy, Torty, And Musty

    So in total,

    no offense but the whole “ not needing to pay” sentence is just wrong. you have a lots of other options besides professional thief , murder, other vip jobs / perks. Ect, to pick from. 

    those donator perks are there for people who enjoy the server and want to give back to help run it ect. 

    it would just in my opinion be abused a lot, by people who don’t care about helping but more of the perks/ rewards. 

    while I agree with the whole staff do all the work to keep minges away ect, you still have to think of it from a business prospective. It costs money to run the game ect. 

    This post makes me sick to my stomach. We volunteer for our time to help keep the server clean of people who come around to make players times a bad time. You're not obligated to be a staff member to help keep the server clean, you applied for that, but asking for free donation ranks? That's a little far in my opinion. This post ^ explains so much (as Masterson explained) and the thought of even thinking about asking for free donator ranks is just not the best thing ever. Want the donator ranks? Buy them. 

    Here's a question, did you apply to staff JUST so you could have access to the donator ranks? Because this suggestion seems to lead into that. Not accusing you of it, it's just a curious question.

    I would suggest reading over everything that comes with applying for staff and try to get to know the community and get them to know you and then try applying again.
