I had the same issue before, I don't believe @Haley's giving you the proper solution, but here's how I fixed it. goto Gmod>Properties in Steam Games Library, click Advanced Launch options, type "-dxlevel 70" (without quotes) and press enter. I am also running the x64 bit Beta test.

I told him he was going to get shot if he doesn't leave and he body blocks as cars are trying to leave PD. Myself and a CPL tell him to move, he says "make me move". I killed him with an AWP because minges don't deserve 60 rounds of SMG ammo. 1 AWP round works better. Bryce said "it's FailRP to shoot him for loitering" (again, even though I told Bryce he pasted the AOS/KOS line.) Any extra information: I'm now going to be recording every second I am on from this day forth. I'm getting sick of minges using loopholes to get out of trouble and throwing legit RP'ers under the bus.

ENORMOUS -SUPPORT Don't you ever diss staff like that again. If you have an issue with a staff member that bad, contact JMT/SMT. Don't ever call ANY of them "the worst fucking staff ever"! I say this with absolute Truth, love and sympathy for staff... STAFF ARE TRULY UNDER APPRECIATED! I know it'd make SGT-SM's feel pretty important. having their own channel only they (including superiors) can access. I know that'd boost my morale and make me go the extra mile to do my work. #EncourageThemToActuallyTrainCadets True on the password issue. and unless they're going to contact a SGT+, the Supervisor isn't superman. He/she wont be like "...WAIT! DO YOU HEAR THAT?!?! AN OFC 6 ROOMS AWAY NEEDS A SGT TO ASK FOR A PROMOTION JUST TO GET TOLD NO!"

only "draw back" that could be seen as a positive is a role created like the TeamSpeak "PoliceRP Low Command" but it says "PoliceRP Supervisor". then SGT+ can have some control over the channel like talk power set to 1 or smething. If it's a big enough problem/requires L/H-CMD then we (SGT+'s) will contact the Low Command. If it requires H-CMD, we'll have Low Command contact High CMD. It would also teach them responsibility of keeping the password to the channel unshared/safe and problem solving issues if they want to become Low/High Command. What you want to see? - Change the spawn value for VCMod cars to 2. (aka being able to have 2 cars at once.) Why should we add it? - Players can use a car if they already have one spawned in and died/NLR is still active or lost their car/cant use their current car. What are the advantages of having this? - PD: Get in a shootout or someone steals your car and you can't find your car and are now rendered almost useless? You'd be able to go to the car dealer and spawn in your secondary car. Criminals: Get raided and die? NLR still active? Showing off your car collection? Want to park cars at certain spots as 'get away vehicles' (ex: park a car outside of DOC to be used as a escape vehicle. Would add more RP situations) Rent out your car or let someone use it?
