I am also very familiar with most staff and could keep and professional and calm environment, I take constructive criticism very well and love to pass on what I have learned. I don't have much experience and I believe being admin on this server. being staff on this server will also really help me develop into a great staff member! This server is what I am most committed too, and this is the server I have the most game time on. I am responsible and respectful to anyone part of the community or just trying the sever out .I really enjoy Roleplay, and hate it when someone or even me breaks the rules and I’d really like to do something about it and help the rest of the staff team. I definitely have experience with rude players, and try to help them understand that a lot staff members dedicate their time to being staff on the server, and that it’s harder to deal with rule breaks then it seems because you will nearly always need evidence . I have been part of the community for a while and have witnessed lots of; fear RP, Fail RP, player diss, staff diss, Etc. with that being said I hate it when all I can do is report it so with this being said I would dedicate all my holidays, all my term breaks all my weekends I can to stop rule breakers. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would minge the person for a deserved period of time (or get them minged) and warn them, if after that i would warn them again and ban them for a day warn other staff about the players name and steam ID and see how everything goes from there !

I would communicate with him/her and ask for what reason he would be RDMing and why he is so mad and is cursing if he does not co-operate with me and continue cursing i would deem him not fit to roleplay and ban him for two days with a message saying Banned: Mass RDM , Cursing towards staff , not fit for roleplay. if he does co-operate i will jail him for 120 seconds warn him then put him back at spawn where he can chill and i maybe watch him for a good ten to twenty minutes and if he continues i proceed to do the first thing i would do if he ignores me .
