Have fun gamers! 15. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would address the situation by teleporting to the player, seeing that said players is shooting, I would grab my physgun and freeze them. They would then be taken to a rooftop so I can address their rule breaking. I would give player one chance to stop swearing before typing !gag RDM man 5. I would then proceed to open up the warns menu and warn said person for |MRDM|NCWS|NITRP| After the warn is administered I will then proceed to jail the player for 10-15 minutes. If player leaves/comes back to RDMing I would then request a higher up to place a brief ban on the player.

Hello, my Imperial friends! Sad to say this is the last time I’ll be saying this as Tarkin, but in light of the massive amount of resignations, I’m in a position of either sticking around in a broken HCOM/Navy team or resigning. Sadly, I do not have the drive to work on repairing Navy, and quite frankly any motivation to get on the server is gone. I returned to this server for the third time in March last year, and I’ve been here for 15 months since then and have been in NHC for almost 9 months now. While I’ve really enjoyed my time in my position, with the workload of repairing everything and the fact that I’ve lost all motivation, now seems the best time for me to call it. Watching every battalion I've been working with each month and doing the best I could to maintain them over the past nine months crumble right before me due to things that are way outside my control is extremely disheartening. It often feels like a job as HCOM does eat a lot of time from your day, and while I’ve enjoyed working for HCOM, it’s best to hang it up now, as I know my limits. I wish the best of luck to everyone, I’m sure you can all go far. To all of my RP homies, I love you all! SHC/HCOM: It’s been a great nine months, I’ve had a hell of a time with you guys, past and present HCOM. @Jabronie: Only person I’m explicitly calling out. I really do wish you the best. Too many people, too many memories. Seriously though, if I did make a list of everyone I’m talking about, this post would be endless. There are many people I’d consider a friend here, and I’m sure those reading this know who they are without me saying it. +support ahh boba. One of my own research trainees, little did i know he'd very quickly surpass my own ranks and hit command. He's been incredibly dedicated to roleplay for as long as i can remember (which isn't all that long, granted, But point is, boba is good at rp) He's done great work in research, And he has made some fantastic documents that i wish he had included on this application. Let this man make those SOPs and they will be beautiful. During his time in ET, He did a handful of omega-1 events. They weren't anything terribly complicated, Just some ET buddies running around and enforcing ethics (at least the ones i participated in) and everyone had a great time. It was quite memorable fun I can't quite comment on his experience command wise, But he certainly hasn't done a bad job by any means. Going from low command straight to HCMD is a huge jump, But i think boba would handle that jump well. He has the dedication to learn how to run his position, and how to do a fantastic job at it

+/- Extreme lack of experience which makes me highly skeptical of this application. I've seen good work from u but this is a new branch which will need someone experienced to run. Which I dont see in u. However, there are many positive contributing factors so Ill settle for neutral.

+/- Support The reasoning for + Is from what I see is the application is very well made i I don’t believe it was made with A1 due to some quotes and minor errors so this is all very human and I can tell you want even if you don’t get accepted to see it grow into something more. The reasoning for the - is because simply I have not met you and you are a lower rank in this server and not apart of any MTF branch and I think that more time and more experience on this server will do good. My personal view is neutral and I wish you luck with your application.

Closed Regarding you were a former SMT member, you know all punishments are kept internally. We do not announce when any staff member has been striked/punished. Many incidents mentioned have been handled internally already. Additionally, singling out one SMT member for anyone's removal would be very unfair, as all high profile removals are discussed by SMT as a whole. If it's regarding an SMT member, then all SMT except the party in question are involved. Most of our removals are decided after a collection of events, rather than just one incident, we try to give people multiple chances and adhere to the strike system. If you or anyone believes they were removed due to one event, they'd most likely be wrong.
