7. Why do you believe you should become a Maintenance Command member (100+ words)?I believe if i was in the OS position i would be able to improve maintenance by, More trainings and pushing FTOs to do more trainings and advert training more.Theres not a lot of people adverting trainings in the advert.By doing this we will get a lot of members and it will help the whole of Maintenance.The second reason i would be fit for maintenance command is that i am active and post active logs and i will push people to also to more activity/logs including containment specialist logs.I have been very dedicated to the maintenance branch and have been on maintenance every day for a good amount of time.I know the responsibilities that come within this role and i will make sure to follow all rules and set the highest example for all my other maintenance.I will give out fair Promotion recommendations as well as fair warnings/strikes to people who are not upholding the rules whilst on maintenance job.I will make sure all my other maintenance members are doing the correct things and are keeping activity up and make sure they are following all sop rules and MOTD rules and not breaking rules on the job/disrespecting people.

8-1. A Utility Trainee has escaped the training room and is refusing to return, how would you handle this?I would attempt to ask them to return to the training room calmly and if they continue doing it i would explain to them there actions can put them on a DNT and if you keep doing it i will demote them from the job.
8-2. Some enlisted members have begun RDMing each other in bunks as a way to pass time, what would you do in this situation?If they both are just doing to themselves at off hours or when theirs nothing to do i wouldn't mind but when they get someone else involved that does not want to be rdmed i will then take action by giving them a verbal warning and if they continue to do so i will strike them.
8-3. A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple SOP rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next steps?I would pull them aside and explain to them that there breaking multiple rules and i would give them a verbal warning or a strike depending on the severity of the rule break.
