(150 Word Minimum)Reason I believe I should be promoted to rank Admin is for many reasons. One being my activity, I have countless hours on this server and still counting to this day. With my activity I take many sits effectively on the server; I am also on staff a lot of time and or even on staff when sits are needed to bet taken on the server. With that, I am on pretty late night around 12 AM or even 3 AM when staff are needed and also when admins can be needed due to bans, extended jails, etc. Next is my experience, Next is Trustworthiness. I have had a ton of experience with high ranking positions such as SWAT Command at one point, PD High Command, EMS High Command, etc. I believe that I can be trusted with staff after a while. Next is Professionalism, Maturity. I can take sits, or even questions from new players and help them on the server with staff. I believe with staff I can help a lot more people then what I am currently doing right now.I also do want to go over respect, I do make sure I have much respect for everyone on the server, I do also make sure I have no bias in situations which as staff I do not have. That is why I believe I deserve the rank of Admin. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would first bring the reporter get their side, what's going on. After getting their side, I then check logs for the Mass RDM currently going on or that happened. I would bring the rdmer to a roof and freeze them with my physgun make sure they cannot harm anyone during the sit.If they are not trying to make communication towards me I would then gag and or mute them if needed. If the proof in logs matches what the reporter said etc I would then ban them for a week forr Mass RDM. -What would you do if you think a player is an alt account? I would first if I did thought they were a ALT account, I would see if they were by standing near them off duty and hearing their voice. If they were I would then get a clip of them, which can be photos or video as stated. After I gathered evidence I would leave such person alone and send the clip in the #need-smt following the format and let SMT handle it and answer questions if needed to SMT. -What would you do if a player is threating to chargeback? I would first gather evidence If they were threatening to chargeback, and once again this can photos or video per what evidence incriminates. To get the punishment that is needed for the player, I would go to the discord for staff and goto “#need-smt” and follow the format that is stated in there and attach evidence to it of them threatening to chargeback. -A family is mass minging and causing issues, how would you stop the family from minging? What I would first do If a family is mass minging and causing issues I would see If I could gather evidence of it or just witness it plain out myself. After gathering that information I would start handling it. By getting on the administration job and gathering all that information beforehand or even after. I would bring the family to the event box which is preferred so not a ton of people can jump off a roof. I get them all frozen in the air, depending how respectful and mature they are of the situation. If they scream or just do anything disrespectful I would gag them. This is just not to prevent any arguments to me or any other staff that may be there. After doing so , I would explain to them what they did wrong and that they should improve on and may explain the rule more clear what they’ve done wrong. If this progresses, further punishments may be taken depending on what they do. -How would you deal with a situation you don't know what to/don't know the answer to? If i didn’t know how to deal with the situation I would go to an Admin or a Senior Admin first. If they have no idea how to deal with it, I would then go to a JMT member, and if even a JMT member doesn’t know how to I would goto SMT and after SMT I believe it doesn’t have to go further than that. Trying to get an answer of how to handle a situation I would dm them in discord and not use teamspeak, though if they are online in teamspeak I would use it.
