(150 Word Minimum) I believe that I should get another opportunity at staff for a few reasons. One of the reasons is I believe my previous staff experience will benefit the server and the staff team. Another reason is because I want to help the server grow and make it a fun place to play with your friends. I noticed recently the high amount of rule breakers with not a lot of staff on to take care of it. I would also like to assist the community on any questions that they may have. I have good leadership and communications skills which is essential for a team to work well. I am also very patient with people which is an essential skill when dealing with players of the community. I do everything to the fullest and I uphold the highest amount of integrity while doing so. I complete tasks and projects given to me in a timely manner. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? If someone was mass rdming I would teleport them to a roof and give them a chance to explain their side of the story. If I pull them up to a roof and all they do is curse at me I would mute them and explain to them why they are in the sit in the first place and explain to them what they did wrong. I would also check logs and classify the amount of people they killed so I know how to approriately categorize the offense. I would then warn them and jail them for the appropriate time.
