7. Do you promise to uphold all rules instated by GamingLight and by the many Security guidelines?:

answer: yes, i do promise that i will uphold the rules from security and The Server.

8. Do you promise to uphold your duties as a command member in leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, etc.?:

answer: i will uphold to my duties, as im already making that my job.

9. Do you promise that you will listen and respect your lower / higher rankings?:

answer: yes i do promise, that i will listen to everyones voice as every voice counts to be listend to.

10. Why do you want to become a senior command member? (150 WORDS+):

answer: I want to use my knowledge and my skills to help security and lower Command members to become better and more professionally, and with this I also want to learn from the other security members as I can always learn of their thoughts and thinking. But with getting low command better I want to establish that they can become more independent to Command NCO’s and enlisted by them self’s so that they don’t need help from other Command Members. But that’s not all! I also want to change a few things in security by step for step like in FTO or in Security as they can get a change done. but with this I need help form other Command members to execute this. And with going a little further away from Security I also want to let security become more friends with MTF so we can work better, and more trusted with each other. because MTF is looking down on us and that’s not want we want cause we are stronger when we work together.

11. What would you do if a Security Officer was constantly leaving D Block?:

answer: i would first ask why he is constantly leaving D-block, after i heard his answer i will say to him to reduce the leavings of D-block and to mainly focus to D-block. unless told otherwise by a NCO or a Command Member. if he still continus to leave a Verbal Warning will be given, and if that dosent work it will be a removel or a Retaining for his actions.

12. What would you do if an NCO kept on leaving d-block with terrible reasons?:

answer: first i would ask him to reduce the leavings of D-block, to again focus on D-block and secure it. if he still dosent comply then a Verbal warning will be given. after this and he still goes out of D-block, i would talk with him that hes at the line of getting a Strike "with this i can get a possible fear rejection" and if he still dose it a Strike will be given and a DNP would be given. for his actions

13. What do you do if an E-11 private comes into D-Block and attempts to take command of all of the security?:

answer: i would first ask why he's trying to take Command of the Security Memebers, when i heard his answer. i would ask nicely for him to stop it. if he refuses to do so i would ask him to Leave D-block. if that fails a E-11 Command Member will be called to assist me in the problem. and to get him removed from D-block

14. Explain the process of promoting a corporal to sergeant in your own words:

answer: i would first go over the NCO Guide, and the Patrol and Station Guide. after ive gone over that i would say that he can call Handsup on Code Orange and Partial on Code Black. after ive said that,  I would say that he can get Trained For Field Training Officer by a SFTO and for Sniper. and that he can Apply for the Warrant Officer Applacations. then i would go over with him that that he must make a Forms Acount. and that he now must do NCO logs to do his activatie. and i would notify him he can lead Patrols in HCZ in Code Orange and lower.

Always on task and never strays from doing a job himself. Always willing to help FTO with training and equally just as good at giving tips and advice on how to do better.

Everyday I wake up, even if I don't feel like it. I push, push myself. The response from the people....makes me feel like...I'm floating.
