Possibility of a state base - Denied

What you want to see? - A state base up in the second layer, the house in the forest. (honestly state would take any place.)

Why should we add it? -  It remove any congestion that may happen during State meetings/trainings. State has had its own place for the last year that I know of.

What are the advantages of having this? - Allows us to respond to calls in the second layer quicker. Gives us more room to do our trainings and removes unneeded congestion with other departments. It will also give us the abiliity to do our new trooper trains at base instead of us having to drive somewhere to conduct them.

Who is it mainly for? - State Troopers

-Support; Negative Outweigh Positives

All points below are meant with the utmost respect.

+Asking for a permaprop textscreen and some spawn points will not reduce FPS, so that isn't a worry.

+I do like the idea of having a department in the outer area that can respond to those calls quicker.

-While State does have a large roster, it is by no means the largest or most active. If State were to receive their own base, this would set a precedent that various TAC Teams should receive their own. State Training seems to focus on driving, checkpoints, and other RP situations anyway - having a personal base of operations is not necessarily that important.

-One of your points is "instead of us having to drive somewhere to conduct them". If the entirety of all other departments must do this, why would State be considered to be the exception?

-Two of  State's Subdepartments are the Department of Corrections and the Correctional Emergency Response Team. Why place them so far away from the jail? If you wouldn't then you are actively splitting up your department.

100% disagree with this state has always had a base on pretty much every map, state is not the same as other tac departments. You join state as a more advanced PD and then later are able to join CERT. It is quite literally at a STATE level there is no reason that they should not have a base. I don't agree that it should be a random house and that can be figured out among state and SMT. You basically join state and then later become a CERT member. FBI has this same sort of function and have a base of operations. You join FBI and then later are able to join HRT as a sub department. State has the same sort of functionality and should in turn have a base.

+Support zero reason they should lose a base when they literally had a base on the old true north.

While I believe that we should all get are own bases the map isn't made for that.
This will lead to other units asking to place in different areas which will lead to more on the SMT/JMT's Plate.
