What did they do?

Due to my last 2 warns coming from this one individual despite previous staff encounters where all parties came to an agreement, as well as rumors that he photoshopped evidence against a former member of my family - While I do not know whether or not this is true, the allegations were serious and the formerly upstanding member of your community who was also temporarily a trial mod was blacklisted as a result - My family being at war with his - as well as multiple sits being instigated by him against me where I was not warned and me having participated in several crimes against his family and their allies - I have reason to believe this individual has forgone professionality and has taken the family feud past roleplay and into administration. 

These were minor offenses. The most recent being me running away from 3 cops during minge hour with terminators out while we were laughing and joking around.

However, his tone when telling me he was going to issue a warn sounded almost gleeful, if not certainly inappropriate for issuing someone a punishment. 

I have had zero problems with him before this war - giving additional evidence to my theory that this has become out of resentment towards my family rather than out of genuine desire to administrate the server. He has jailed people without warning who were blatantly prop minging/RDMing - yet warning for minor offenses while everyone's trying to have fun to those affiliated with families at war with him. He has been helpful with dealing with the people who just join to minge - and I would like to see him continue that after this petty war in a *video game* is over.

What do you think is an acceptable punishment?

I would like this staff member to be restricted from handling any of my future sits for the next 4 weeks to give enough time for the war to end - then to cool off. I do not have a problem with other admins.

Unfortunately, I stopped recording shortly before the sit.

I do not want him striked or demoted - and understand I do not have evidence if I did want that.

I just want other admins to handle my sits when/if they do occur for the next few weeks. I am not asking for a permanent restriction. Only enough time for this to cool down and for any resentment or otherwise negative emotions he may have over a video game to hopefully resolve.

Because the clips contain a link to the entire vod - I can send youtube clips in DM of the most recent incident that lead to a warn itself out of a publicly accessible forum.

This was a person with an admitted grudge against my family being petty making the report - saying he only made the report because some people in my family got him warned. This bit wasn't included in the screenshot but should be available in dm logs

If you requested I would of allowed another admin to take the sit if you believe I have any bias. My actions we in regard with the staff handbook which I always follow fully.  My action are not abnormal and you warns had a reason.The first time I warned you, you were healing in the middle of an active gun store robbery. There was a clip of it and it was clear. You had a long time on the server so I warned you. The second time you state that it was “minge hour” and just messing around. When I brought you to the sit you admitted to breaking fearRP and accepted the warning. Also I don’t understand the accusations that I only jail prop mingers and warn SL? I think is ironic because 6/8 warns before hooni are all for prop minging. He also has no evidence of bias and he is the only SL member I really have any problem with. He tried to accuse that I photoshopped evidence I don’t understand why he would bring that up as it is untrue and also as blacklists should really be handled by SMT and that topic is unrelated to why you were warned which was because you combat healed and broke failRP.

This is pms with grub so why would this be evidence against me or how would I know this? If you think he was player targeting report him not the administrator.
