I still believe that in that situation nobody should be held accountable for the accidents they do especially since that situation was extremely fast paced and high pressure. Though i understand what happened happened and im not upset about that one warn. Questions Why should we trust you as a Command Member? (100+ Words): I think i have shown enough of my capabilities to Nu-7 to try and become a member of command. I think i can be trusted with the responsibility and duties that come with command since i am already a member of command in another branch (2LT SEC). I have good judgement when it comes to right or wrong and have a great set of memory of all the rules about everything that is related to any branch i am in. I take my time when doing formal activity and take bureaucracy very seriously, i write everything i find noteworthy down, including people that i think should be promoted and people that i think should be demoted, removed or even blacklisted.Overall, i think i have enough skills to be trusted with Nu-7 Command. Why do you believe you deserve this position, and why do you want it? (125+ words): I have been active in Nu-7 for some time now and have grown to love all the freedoms that it gets. I am an ambitious person and Nu-7 Command was ofcourse on of the first things i set my sight on after joining the branch. I have been working hard making my way up the ladder of ranks and dont plan on stopping anytime soon. I believe i deserve this rank due to my skillset and my activity, i have also gotten to know a lot of the members of Nu-7 Command and im happy to say i have no quarrel with any of them. I want command not just because i want to get higher in the rank ladder, i want to someday lead this branch to greatness. Someday i want to get so high that i can really change and improve the branch in a way that matters. I hope that you can tell that im passionate about this branch and take it very seriously. Going over some of the skills i think i posess: I can be very strict when needed to, i am observant of everything thats going on around me. I take bureaucracy very seriously, i write down everything noteworthy that i see happening. Why do you feel that you are the best option for the rank you are applying for? (50+ Words): I feel like i have most or all of the skills necissary to perform the duties of command effectively. I am extremely determined and ambitious, if i want something to happen i will make it happen. Even if i dont get WO i will be back next time, and the next. I will not be upset if i dont get WO and i trust SCMD's judgement completely. I have alot of respect for my higherups and never disobey or question an order. I think my leading ability is sufficent. I have alot of freetime (Especially in the early hours due to my European timezone) so i can get on when nobody else can get on. Scenarios You've organized squads for the people on at the time. You notice that a PFC is disrespecting others, in an extremely frustrated tone. What actions do you take?: I first try to calm him down by talking to him, if he is frustrated then there must be a reason for that frustration. I will then speak to him one on one about this disrespect and tell him that it will not be tolerated in Nu-7 and what will happen if he continues and then i will give him a verbal warning. Last i tell him punitive action will be persued if he continued this disrespect (Strike / Removal) and that i will not give another warning before administrating punishment. You have a problem with someone in the branch, whether it be they are causing issues or are not listening to you. They have not done this or have been warned about this before. In your opinion, what would you do in this situation?: First i would pull them aside and tell them front up that i have noticed them not listening or causing issues and tell them that this will not be tolerated. I would give them a verbal warning and tell them to improve their behaviour and then i would let them go back to whatever they were doing. If they were caught doing this again it would be punitive action. Depending on their rank and current strikes it would be a strike or removal.
