Questions Why should we trust you as a Command Member? (100+ Words): I think you should trust me as a command member because I have a lot of experience In leading others on a variety of Gmod Servers. I am already In a command position In another branch on the server. Also, I am already a SFTO and a SFE, so I do have some responsibility that shows I can handle the command position In Nu7. I am willing to do my all for the branch to make it is a better place and the command position would better help me achieve that goal. Also, I have a good relationship with a lot of players on the server and have not caused any problems. Why do you believe you deserve this position, and why do you want it? (125+ words): I believe I deserve this position because I am willing to put In the work to better the branch and myself. Also, I believe I have worked hard so far In the branch and I think this is my next step forward In Nu7 to better improve the branch and to get more command experience. I want to join command because I would love to start leading the members and making sure they are having a good time on the server. Also, I think I am pretty good at making sure everyone In Nu7 Is following the rules and making the right decisions on how to punish and help my fellow Nu7. Getting Into command would help me better understand how Nu7 or any other combatant Branch works too. Why do you feel that you are the best option for the rank you are applying for? (50+ Words): I feel I am the best option for the rank I am applying for because I have a lot of command experience on other servers and I already am command In one branch on the server. Also, I am active and willing to put In the time/work to get things done and to make sure everything is running smoothly. Also, I am good at doing Tryouts, Doc work, and Discord work. Scenarios You've organized squads for the people on at the time. You notice that a PFC is disrespecting others, in an extremely frustrated tone. What actions do you take?: I would first tell the others to continue with what they were doing. Then I would bring the PFC aside and talk to him/her about what is going on and making him/her frustrated. I would then decide If punishment is needed. If there Is a need for a punishment I would go ahead and Strike/DNT/Demote him/her for disrespecting others or anything less they did wrong. You have a problem with someone in the branch, whether it be they are causing issues or are not listening to you. They have not done this or have been warned about this before. In your opinion, what would you do in this situation?: I would pull them aside and ask them what is wrong and why are you causing issues. Also, I would go over the rules of the server and the rules of the branch with them. If they continue I would have to warn/punish them further.
