Reason for change (do you think that said weapons is suitable for the job and is fair considering current loadouts of other battalions?):

We are changing this job to better suit the position of sharpshooters, the proposed changes allow a diverse range of tactics during gameplay. The two guns set for removal are barely used and feel like a wasted opportunity. The E-22 Is equal to the EE-3 It will be replacing while also allowing a gun better suited for NPCs. The DLT-20a gives a more consistent, but equal,  alternative to the T21-B.

Do you believe these changes are fair to the battalion/job role it is responsible for and will benefit the server, if so, why?:

This will give people a better suited role for marksmanship and sniping. The proposed changes will give the necessary equipment for sharpshooters to perform their duties, while also giving a needed change. The guns are equal to their replacements meaning this is a slight change in damage.

 

These changes have been approved by Naval High Command.

+1 As of now my views of sharpshooter is that it is an upgrade to the Agent role, which of course, shouldnt be the case. And currently there are no reason Not to join Sharpshooters other than the fact that maybe you get different assignments sometimes. Although this change doesnt really change what ive just stated its a better way to go as of now.
