Huge +Support There hasn't been a single day where I have not seen Mikael Scott on the server, But activity is not his main attribute, the fact that this man inspires leadership is, when Scott is leading I see IF attitude completely change, he is the kind of officer that makes you want to play, and enjoy the game. [150+ Words] I'm sure most who become officers or wish to become an officer do it for similar reasons, officers are granted the ultimate trust and therefore have the most impact on a regiment, I wish to become an officer for that same reason, but not simply for the menial tasks of being an officer like "tryouts and training", I wish to instill another level of discipline into IF, this partially means less minging especially in important times, but there is much more: Respect to the chain of command There is much to be said about one's respect of the chain of command, most say it starts at the bottom, but I believe it starts at the top, as an officer my main duty will be assigning tasks to NCO's and overseeing the completion of these tasks, I remember someone saying that it was hard to prove yourself in this regiment, I want to make sure there is no excuses there, Giving each one of my NCO's the ability to regularly lead and take initiative will be one of my main focus as an officer Communication This ties directly into the respect for the chain of command, in any "military" unit, communication is key, we as IF do a great job communicating, from the moment I joined until this day I never felt "In the dark", our officers work tirelessly putting in announcements, speaking to us directly, reminding us of important times, I wish to keep this going and be apart of it, It is important that in an elite unit everyone knows exactly what is going on. The first way I would assist inferno squad command is staying true to my principles for becoming an officer. I have been on everyday but one since I joined, Often for multiple hours at a time, Always volunteering for IF tasks, this is the kind of officer I aim to be in order to assist IF command, Along with making notes of all enlisted and NCO and how they perform in a leadership position and reporting said notes to our higher officers and vice commanders. Although this could have been an accident I know many occasions where seasoned players are bored and know that if they claim its a "missclick" straight away they wont get in trouble. I feel for you if this was truly an accident, but the content of the video clearly says otherwise, also why is he walking around with a rocket launcher out ?
