2. What Regiment are you applying for?

Vice commander in shock battalion

 

3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? 

I want to be a VCMDR in shock because i feel i have put in the work to be qualified for this position. I i know all the ins and outs of shock and i have extensive leadership experience including being a high ranking member in shadow guard / royal guard / and also being an assistant lead in the CQCB sub battalion of Shock, being a commander requires discipline which i have a lot of because of my past experience in RG, I am a key piece of the shock puzzle and am needed to complete various things, that could include creating the CQCB SOP and dealing with removing inactive peoples whitelist's, I can bring so much activity and hard work to the command team of shock, i don't complain about things i do what i am told no questions asked, i am sometimes on doing my job when they're is no other shock on, i am that person you can depend on to do the right thing even when nobody is looking. if i was to get this position i would still hold people accountable and still hold people to a high standard i wouldn't change anything that i do already if anything i would become more responsible and more accountable and strict yet calm, most people who know me know that i am a very chill and calm person but i don't tolerate disorder or disrespect. i am also a person who people come to for advice and as someone they can come too as a friend not just a higher up or commanding officer.

 

 

4. How much game time do you have on the server? 

I have around four weeks on the server but I have been with the server and active on the server for around 7 months.

 

 

5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch?

the main purpose of a commander is someone people can rely on and someone who can be held accountable for his or hers troops that are under they're Jurisdiction and or command, but being a commander doesnt mean you have to be mean and boss people around what it really means is someone everyone can mutually agree on to lead them in a positive direction, therefore you must be responsible, you must be calm and collected, you must show your troops the same respect you would want them to show you, and something i pride myself apon is no matter what rank or standing, always hold your fellow brothers and sisters accountable for they're actions. as a part of the command team in royal guard and being a shadow guard officer just shows how disciplined and determined i am. when i was just a CDT in RG i was demoted and striked twice so about 4 weeks of ranking up too royal guard was wasted but that didnt discourage me, i changed my ways and started going down the right path. next thing you know i joined shadow guard after three tries now i have moved up the ranks and i am where i am today, all of that happened because of what i hold my own standards too know and i wouldnt want to bring anyone below me and not hold them to the standards i hold for myself because to follow me is choosing the right path

 

6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? :

I should be trusted as a commander because of my leadership ability, people look up to me and come to me for advice sometimes not even stuff involved in Gaminglight but they know that i am the type of person who will sit down and have a genuine talk without lashing out of being disrespectful. i feel as if trusting me with this position would be the best move for shock right now i have been with shock for the majority of my time on the server and have dedicated my second life to shock. when i first tried out for shock milford didnt think i should be given a tryout because i was minging but now look at me i am a highly respected member of shock and i am a assistant lead of the sub battalion. Awhile back shock wasn't doing so well and i had been in the STF sub battalion since i was a PFC, and at this time when shock wasn't doing so well i was only the rank of SSGT, i had noticed the sub battalion was very low on members and all of the officers were on LOA for a very long time and as the only other STF who was tryout certified i had to take matters into my own hands , so that week i held mass STF tryouts anytime they're were any Shock PVT's online and we boosted our numbers drastically but the moral of the story is i can be held accountable and can be trusted to do the right thing when nobody is looking.

 

 

7. How often can you be Online? :

I can be active for atleast 6-7 + hours a day but with school approaching fast my hours might go down a little bit but not a lot i always try to maintain a certain amount of hours on the server 

 

8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) :

I have Zero warnings on the server
