(Can be any length) I believe that I deserve the Rank of "Administrator" within the ImperialRP staffing team because I have been apart of the Staff team for a good amount of Time and I have been at the rank of "Senior Moderator" for a considerable amount of time also. Along with being at the rank of "Senior Moderator" I have learned from others and learned from being at that rank responsibilities of a Admin and what they do and how they Operator. I think that I overall deserve this rank because I will be a great addition and someone who you can rely on to do something and someone who wont hesitate to follow the rules and give out punishments. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? How I would handle someone that is Mass RDMing on the server while Cursing and Generally being very uncooperative while in a Sit. Firstly I would try and have them calm down and comply with me. If he / she persists and Keep being rude and such I would gag and Mute the Offender. I would then look through logs and look to see what they did and how much of what they did. In this case it would be Mass RDM, so I would inform them that they are getting a Formal Warning for Mass RDM that can be appealed on the Forums and that they will be getting a 5 day Ban which can also be appealed on the Forums.
