The first day I loaded into the server I have loved Shock and learnt so much about the people and battalion, so much so that I have never used my second life. I would love the honour to be the commander so I can work alongside the Officer team to make changes to the battalion and delegate work to them as well so they can fulfil their job role. Also, I understand the importance of relaying and implementing any suggestions or comments from HC. Myself and Ted have been able to switch the course of battalion. And I believe we as a battalion have a lot more potential and growth opportunities. We have been able to start the process of changing/updating the sub battalions so far this has worked in increasing activity as people are jumping on for sub battalion sims and another way to rank up. My activity within Shock been very good. I maintain relationship with all ranks of Shock and try to help where ever I can. I also try to help other battalions if confused. I'm also active through-out most time zones due to this I have been well known. People can see me active even if it's very early or late. I would like Shock to become one of the best and respectable battalion on the server. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? I currently have a week on the server as of writing this but nearly all this time is on Shock 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? As a Commander you take on a lot of responsibilities specially to oversee the Vice Commander’s and officer’s performance and to make sure everything is running smoothly. I am certain I would be able to show that I am capable of running the battalion with help from the battalion of course. Commanders need to be knowledgeable at all times of the current status of the battalion and make sure the SOP and all Shock documents are up to date. I consistently update the roster whenever people are promoted or requesting LOA/ROA which I have actively done up to 5+ times a day since getting access. I am always staying up to date with Shock by checking the Shock channels on the TeamSpeak and Discord servers whenever there is a new message sent. You are expected to enforce all rules in the battalion which as an Officer and as a current Vice Commander I already take upon myself to ensure that all rules are being followed and met. While also pushing for fun within the battalion. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? You should trust me as a commander because I host at least 1 or 2 sim a day. I currently have 0 warnings on the server. I understand the larger responsibility that comes with the role of Commander and I feel as though I am ready to take that on and perform well. I am well known throughout Shock and the community. I have dedicated myself to Shock since day 1 on the server and I am always promoting shock to be friendly within and outside the battalion while remaining a staple of the law. This is why I believe you should trust me as Shock commander. 7. How often can you be Online? I have actively been committing 2 to 10+ hours nearly everyday 8. Do you have any Warnings? Perfect choice for commander he has very good ideas for shock and is dedicating ALL of his free time into shock. He keeps up to date with the roster all the time and is always updating and adding stuff to shock. +Big Don energy He has been the best vice commander that I've ever personally seen on shock by far Is always in teamspeak and will help anyone at any time He doesn't have another life as of yet so his time goes fully into shock He basically replies to messages 24/7 Funny bon.
