Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (Can be any length)

I believe I deserve this rank as I have been on a staff team three times, two being for DarkRP and the other one for this server. I like interacting with the community and I want to get to know everyone better as I do not currently know very many people here, and I want to change that. I know all the ULX commands and understand when to use them. I have read the Staff Guidelines fully and understand them clearly. I also get along with many people whenever I do talk with someone so that makes sits fairly easy.

How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?

I would bring them, and freeze them to prevent anyone including myself being shot, if he is just giving constant disrespect I will gag him. For the MRDM I will give him/her a Written warn and ban him for 1 day and request a 5 day ban. For the constant swearing, I would give them a written warn.

 

Edit: I resigned from the staff team about a month ago due to in person classes beginning, but recently the case numbers have raised so I am back to most remote school and have some more time on my hands, Luci said I could make this application even though the time to reapply is 3 months when leaving the team.
