Why do you want to be a vice commander of this branch? The Imperial Commando battalion has been something I have always enjoyed playing in since the day I joined and knew almost immediately that it was something that I wanted to invest a life in. I enjoy the command aspect of the battalion as well as the additional responsibilities associated with such. Through my time with the battalion I have seen a lot of progress within and I want to and believe that I can continue the work being done. I believe my ability to command and lead my fellow troopers in an efficient capacity makes myself a strong option for a the VCMDR (Fixer) position. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? Two weeks. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a Vice Commander is to assist in the functionality of the overall battalion and to assist the Commander in duties relevant to the battalion as a whole or to AHC. Vice Commanders are a necessary "middle" between the officer structure and the Commander. One of the purposes of each of the IC Vice Commanders is to oversee their respective subclass/specializations and to keep documents/rosters relevant and up to date. In addition to the above, Vice Commanders can also aid in the formation of simulations or other specific trainings within or with other battalions. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : During my time as an IC officer I have led by example as well as followed the R&R as written. I have shown strong leadership and communication skills through sims, events, or other functions throughout my time as a NCO and Officer. Through other lives and this one in IC, I have been given more responsibility and leadership opportunities and I have, to the best of my ability, tried to fulfill the functions entrusted to me. I am open to learn and continue in my proficiency to become a better leader and officer. All in all, I truly enjoy my time in IC and want to continue to progress and see others around me do the same. I believe I make a strong candidate for the Fixer Vice Commander position. 7. How often can you be Online? : Usually 4-5 times a week if not more, work depending. 8. Do you have any Warnings?
