Shock Vice Commander Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I want to be VCMDR of Shock because it has been the first and only battalion that I've truly enjoyed, the people within the battalion are important to me. I want to be able to help the Shock command with anything they may need to help bring further success to the battalion. I want to make the Shock Battalion feel more like a family than just a battalion where u only get ordered around and have no fun. Not only that but this community is very important to me, and I feel being in a higher position can really help push the values I have to all lower rankings within my battalion. I really hope to bring a sense of duty and respect to all members of my battalion and to make it better than it is now. How much game time do you have on the server? I have 2 weeks of player time What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The duties of a VCMDR are to ensure that their battalion is striving to become better than they are now. The VCMDR should have good relationships with everyone within his/her battalions such as the Officers, NCO's and the lower enlisted. You should make sure all your Officers are performing their individual duties and correcting any mistakes they make so that in the future that can learn from them and make better decisions. They should also keep in touch with the NCOs and lower enlisted and listen to any concerns they may have and help them to help make the battalion as a whole. The VCMDR should also help take any stress off the other commanders such as helping updating roster updates, SOPs, and any other work they may have. You should also be a role model to all those below you as to what a Shock Trooper should be. Why should we trust you to be a commander? I believe I should be trusted to be the Shock VCMDR because I've been trusted with GM and Sen. Mod, as well as being an editor to multiple SOPs such as our current Shock Battalion Handbook which I've created. I have a good reputation on the server as being a trust-worthy person as I haven't done anything to say otherwise. I've put too much time and energy within my battalion and on the server to do anything that would put that in jeopardy. I have never been strike or demoted (Went from MAJ-CPT because I was in reserves for medical). How often can you be Online? I can be on everyday for about 2-6 hours Do you have any Warnings?
