912 MOTD Change - Accepted [Completed]

Right now this is how 912's section in the MOTD looks like:

 

 

As you may see 912 is allowed to attack any personnel that is not GENSEC or MTF  that are armed with weapons as long as they have the weapon out.

At the same time 912 may attempt to arrest rulebreakers.

^ Then there's the problem since as long as the things are stated as such 912 remains helpless against resisting rulebreakers who simply stash their weapon away and keep running with no consequences since all 912 could do at that moment is try to run after them with cuffs alone, unable to use their baton in order to stun them - during situations such as those we see whoever they were pursing, mostly D class retalitate with shooting and then putting the weapon away. Common sense would be that 912 should be able to use force in situations like that, but currently it can not.

So here's my suggested change.

From:

• SCP 912 may attempt to arrest rule breakers and bring them to GENSEC or MTF personnel.

To:

• SCP 912 may attempt to arrest rule breakers and bring them to GENSEC or MTF personnel, if the target is using lethal force or resisting then 912 may use their stun baton in order to cuff them even if the rulebreaker is unarmed.

I'm aware that is the intention, however a lot of people keep making sits over it and some mods don't know it either since It's unclear in the MOTD.

It's already been changed per the last rule change suggestion. Still waiting for @Igneousor @Rangiateato push it live.
