However I'd like to use myself as an example, the exact week I came off of cool-down on being a admin, a week later I applied and got the application accepted. It does seem like Raddish does a fantastic job at staffing from what I hear from others. Its a matter of how good the person does at there current position, in this case seems like majority of the community wants him to go up.
