(150 Word Minimum): I believe that I have been moderator for a while know and have a good understanding of the rules and how to enforce the rules when broken I also believe that when I am on the server majority of the time there is 10-20 player and when there is a massive issue I have a lack of power to enforce rules as i can only warn them and take it to the forum I believe me receiving this rank would allow people on at late night to enjoy the server no matter how many people are on and to make sure that people are following the rules no matter what time it is. I also believe that I can help other staff members when needed as I have help several trial-mods with questions and what to do if they are unsure as I am always willing to help and to take a sit no matter what the sit is about I’m always willing to help. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would fist ask the person cursing to stop and chill if they ignore me and still yell I would then use the !gag to make him stop I would then ask for both sides and then check !plogs to see if there was Mass RDM, if in fact there was MRDM I would then warn the player for the offences of MRDM and then I would call a higher up to ban the player for MRDM if no higher ups are on I would then request a Senior mod to ban the player and then make a post of the forms to extend the ban.
