5. When were you promoted?: I was promoted to Captain on November 21, 2020

6. How long have you been a member of GENSEC (roughly)?: I have been a member of GENSEC for over 4 months. I joined in August.

7.  Do you promise to uphold all rules instated by GamingLight and by the many Security guidelines?: Yes

8. Do you promise to uphold your duties as a command member in leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, etc.?: Yes

9. Do you promise that you will listen and respect your lower / higher rankings?: Yes

10. Why do you want to become a senior command member? (150 WORDS+): I believe I would be well suited as a Senior Command member for several reasons. Firstly, my experience as a Low Command member. Currently, I am one of the oldest Low Command members on the roster along with Beepis, so I am one of the most experienced Low Command members. I know Low Command left, right, and center, and I have strongly familiarized myself with the duties of a Command member. I also have quite a bit of experience hosting PTs and Offmeetings. I am currently the Head of PTs and Offmeetings (HOPO), which shows the dedication I have put into security and my willingness to expand opportunities for the rest of Gensec to have a little fun on top of their normal duties in D Block. I have also proven my loyalty and time dedicated through the branch not only with my position in Command, but also my position in Gensec's sub branches. I have achieved a command role in Wardens with the rank of EWD and helping lead the branch of FTOs with the rank of DHFTO. Wardens are a very prestigious sub branch and are VERY selective in choosing their command members, so this position shows how well I can lead. My DHFTO position shows my abilities to expand the numbers of security and introduce new members into our ranks by helping to organize the process of introducing new members into the ranks of security. If given SCMD, I swear to continue doing what I do best and help Security expand and improve as time goes on. I have spent time in every low command rank and have been a Captain for over a month now, so you can trust that I am prepared to undergo the responsibilities that come with being SCMD. I believe my experience, dedication, and commitment to Security are worthy of the rank of Major.

11. What would you do if a Security Officer was constantly leaving D Block?: If a Security Officer was constantly leaving D Block, I would first confront them and ask who gave them permission to leave. If they give me the name of an NCO in D Block, I would first make sure with the NCO before letting them continue. If they didn't have permission to leave, I would tell them that they aren't allowed to leave D Block unless an NCO+ gives them permission to do so. I would also tell them that if I see them leaving again without permission that disciplinary actions would be taken. If I see it happening again, I would cuff them, inform them that they are being demoted out of Gensec for repeatedly leaving D Block without permission. I would tell them that they can get on the trainee job and be retrained anytime as I don't think leaving D Block without perms as an OFC warrants a DNT. I would then remove their OFC whitelist and ask them to flag off the job. If they do not comply, I would demote them off the job with /demote. If they get upset and throw curse words or something of the sort around at me or another member of Gensec after being informed about their demotion, I would then include a DNT after removing their whitelist and possibly call staff depending on the severity.

12. What would you do if an NCO kept on leaving d-block with terrible reasons?: If an NCO kept leaving D Block with terrible reasons, I would first confront them and tell them that they shouldn't be leaving D Block all willy nilly. I would tell them that D Block is our top priority and that the only time they should be leaving is to go to medbay, armory, escort a researcher to HCZ, or, on the rare occasion, if Wardens need NCO assistance with their operations. I would then warn them that they would be subject to punishments if they leave again without good reasoning. If they continue leaving without good reason, I would first strike them, then demote them, and eventually remove them from the branch depending on if the offenses are continuously repeated.

13. What do you do if an E-11 private comes into d block and attempts to take command of all of the security?: If an E-11 private comes into D Block and tries to take command of all the security, I would first tell the E-11 that they shouldn't be coming into D Block unless under VERY specific circumstances. Unless the circumstances dictated in the MOTD have been met, I would likely call staff as this is a violation of the MOTD. Before calling staff, I would give the E-11 one warning to leave D Block. If they don't comply, then I would clip the offense and make a sit. After the staff have dealt with the private, I would send the clip to the lowest ranking E-11 Command member on the server. If no E-11 CMD are on the server, I would DM the lowest ranking E-11 CMD that is online on the discord.

14. Explain the process of promoting a corporal to sergeant in your own words: Once I have decided to promote a Corporal to Sergeant, I would then tell them in teamspeak to come to bunks and meet me in an empty teamspeak channel such as Security Off-Duty or perhaps one of the general rooms - Something that is empty. Once in an empty channel, I would congratulate them and tell them that they are being promoted to Sergeant. I would first inform them that the jump from Corporal to Sergeant is a large one as they are no longer an enlisted and are becoming an NCO. I would tell them that Command now entrusts them to help with taking the reins in D Block and leading enlisted personnel. After informing them of their promotion, I would first ask them to change their name in game and in discord as well as request NCO tags in the discord. I would then link them the NCO guide and go over a few key topics in it (common duties, NCO rankings, hands up and partial on defcon 3 and how to set up binds, that they can recommend enlisted for promotions in the discord, etc.). I would then tell them that they should read through the NCO guide in detail on their own time. I would then tell them that SGT+ can become part of the FTO sub branch and that they can ask any SFTO+ to train them for JFTO, I would also tell them that I would be happy to train them for JFTO after SGT training if they would like to and had the time. I would then tell them that SGT+ is required to have a forums account and would link them to the forums if they didn't have an account so they can make one. After they make their account, I would tell them to occasionally check the forums as important information is sometimes disclosed through them. Lastly, I would tell them about Warrant Officer applications and that any NCO can apply for WO if applications open up. I would then ask if they had any questions regarding what I just told them about SGT, and answer their questions if they have any. Afterwards I would give them the Junior NCO whitelist and send them on their way back to D Block. I would then log the promotion in discord.
