(Can be any length) I believe I know most to all of the rules and I know how to enforce them, I have had experience with dealing with this stuff in Discord server but never in game, So I wanted to make a change and try it out to see how well I do and if I think I deserve to even be a Mod. So im going to try my hardest at all times no matter how toxic things get. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would Gag them Right away, and if they start to type it then I would gag them in chat to. Then I would Tell him what the did wrong and that he should not do it and that I hope he learns from his mistakes while he is banned or Warned. And if he needs to be banned but I can't ban him I will call a higher up and then He would deal with that ban.
