What is your general knowledge on the rules?: My knowledge of the rules are spot on, I would say 10/10 being as I read the MOTD daily, because I am on staff daily. 6. How many warns do you have? (No more than 15): Zero, Here I will attach a screenshot: 7. Why do you want to join event team? (150 words+): To begin explaining why I want to be a part of the event team, you must first know the person I am today. Many of years ago, I wasn’t the best person I could be, I went through struggles and wasn’t living a great life. But then, I realized I could do more with myself, then mope around and be a nobody. I opened my own restaurant with the help of friends and family, ran that business for 3 years, and came out alright. I ended up having 2 amazing kids, and now I may not be on top, but I’m living alright. So, from my past experiences, I can guarantee that, I have the knowledge and experience to help better the event team. When comes down to playing games, the reason I choose role playing over any other. Is due to the fact that it really isn't role play to me. It's more of acting out how you would in real life, and I extremely enjoy the idea of that. As I may not have been a part of an event planning team on a Garry's mod server before, I sure have the skills from real life to replace those aspects. I don’t think you’d be disappointed in the person you’d be adding to the team, because if that were the case I wouldn’t be applying right now. I’m not the person who just wants to join something to lolly gag around and do nothing. I want to help the server I have been a part of for years now. Get even brighter! I’m not going to sit here and act like I’m the best that you could possibly ever get to join, but I do thrive to thought of as so. I would certainly try my hardest, to benefit the community in every way I can. To prosper and thrive, is all I want for Gaming Light, and I think joining the Event Team would help me do just that! I want to do as much as I can for the server, by being staff and joining the Event team and also maybe joining support some day! So, if you could please give me the chance, I promise you I won’t let you down and I will be a great addition to the team! So, to conclude my explanation, I know that I as a person will benefit in every way to the team, I will help prosper and guide the Event Team into the direction it needs to go! We will set forth to a brighter future in the server, as I help plan Event’s and do everything that is asked of me, and I will be as best of a person I can within the team and through all! There will not be a moment of immaturity or ignorance, I will thrive grow within the community! So, thank you for this opportunity and this will conclude my statement. 8. Describe an event you could create (Be specific): Name: USA Departments vs TALIBAN Description: The Taliban have infiltrated the United States of America! Within the grasp of day’s, the Taliban have taken control of a whole region with a city’s control! The United States Government Has Federalized all departments to work together to take back their land and secure control over the region. All departments are working side by side, in this ongoing crisis, in order to fight back the Taliban, and return any and all hostages back home safely! In this event, all government personnel become under one mission and one command, to the secure the safety of the people! Rules : 1. The Taliban are not allowed to leave their zone under any circumstances. 2. RDM/ARDM within the zone, is voided during this event. 3. Government Officials are allowed 10 Minutes to prepare before each strike. 4. The only vehicle allowed is the Humvee. Which must be filled by personnel to use during the strike, do not have 20 Humvee with 1 personnel rushing the zone. 5. Taliban are allowed Vehicles to provide cover to the entrances of the zone but that's it. "Which must be Red Camo Humvee" 6. A preset of weapons will be given during the event, but no inventory weapons are allowed! 7. Absolutely no crime during event. 8. NLR is still active within this event! Once you have died, wait until the next strike! Set Up: Firstly: This is a server wide event and everyone should participate. Start by zoning off one part of the map, a pretty large area, with two entrances! Second: Find everyone who wants to participate as Taliban and set them up, give them weapons, and vehicles to start making cover. Allow them to build small covering for support. Then tell all the departments, to start prepping for war and getting everyone to work together in a smooth fashion. Then give everyone in the department a Set of weapons they can use. Lastly: Warn the Taliban that they are coming and to get in position, and have the government personnel strike for the first time! Attacking in whatever strategic plan they have organized. Once anyone have died, they are to report to the facility the organized at and wait until the first strike is over, same goes for the Taliban, if they died, they should wait to be re-spawned by staff. In the event of the Taliban losing, the Government wins and the event can be ended or reset by the event team! This Concludes my Event! 9. If accepted, what time(s) are you available to hold events? (Must be in EST timezone) Monday - Friday: ANY Saturday and Sunday: ANY The reason I put any is because I am usually always on, I have two kid's that I keep me up full time, so there really isn't a valid time that I could give. If you need me to make an event happen, count on me to be there. I'm always near my computer and if you ping me on teamspeak or message me on discord, or even set a schedule, i'll be there for sure! 10. Have you read the Event Team Guidelines? Yes, I have!
